got a call also saying they will serve me twice today i'm thinking its just a collection company i dont have s*** for them to take me to court to try to get

They left a message saying they would be making two attempts over the next few days to serve me with "formal documents" at my address, which they spelled out to me. They said they'd also try my job and if I had any questions about the "pending allegations" regarding the lawsuit then I could call the issuing agent's legal department, whose phone number coincidentally was the same one they called from.
They left no business name, they didn't address me by my name but they knew my phone and address. They also called later on my cell. I guess I'll find out what it's all about when I get those "formal documents".

I had the same experience. The call stated they had sealed documents to serve me with and they had been trying to do so for months. Uh, yeah right. I have been served before, it isn't that hard to do.

Was this number asking you to pay for a debt???? My husband is getting calls from this number starting 2 days ago stating if he didn't pay then they'd take him to court.
