That's funny because my husband has never banked with any I those banks and neither have I. Together we have zero debt, and have no idea how they have our names or numbers. The bbb won't validate them. Has scam written all over it.

What's funny is how everyone on this site claims to not owe the debt! If you don't owe a debt let them know wrong name, wrong number, they don't want to call you if your not the person. So where are the people that actually owe the debt? These debts are legitimate, I guess we could make a complaint site for everything...next it'll be utility companies and car finance companies. They just turn you off or pick the vehicle up....maybe that's what the banks should do just garnish to begin with

If you don't know the person they are calling for simply let them know and they will remove your number. These folks are trying to collect on charged off checking accts, they have to be aggressive because alot of debtors are dodging them. I've done collections before and these people are just trying to do their job. Let's complain about people who don't pay their bills they are the reason your receiving calls...professional debtors

1.  At what point of your program of study did you take "comps"?  Tell us what they consisted of in two sentences.
2.  At what point in your program of study did you write your dissertation proposal and tell us about the defense?
3.  How many "contact hours" are needed for the Ph.D.?
4.  Can you even tell me what a Ph.D. stands for?

1. Can you provide evidence that anyone lied on their taxes?

2. Can you provide evidence they went from one bank to anyone racking up overdraft fees? If so, please explain to someone how they did that when the actual ChexSystems should have kept them from opening a new account?

3. Do you actually believe your complaint about them causing the Great Recession of 2007?  Are you claiming it was caused by individual citizens overdrawing bank account and under reporting taxes?

they keep calling they have called me since spring of 2012 i have sent them paperwork from the company i "owe" saying that i do not owe anything multiple times and they claim that they never get it and they are VERY rude and have used nasty langueage towards me it has gotten to the point where my daughter has gotten calls and she has told them to f*ck off and has threaten them to turn them in to the authorities for harassment. but yet they still call! to but honest they are mindless machines.

The entire United Credit Recovery / World Recovery Service racket has been sued by Wells Fargo for creating fake documents to get people to pay money and saying they are from Wells Fargo.  US Bank's VP of collections also went on record in the lawsuit and stated that these are all fake.  They were also sued a couple of days ago by the Minnesota Attorney General for creating all of these fake documents to get payment.  Here is a link to the story on Wall Street Journal.

I believe the WRS that engages in these kinds of practices is actually domiciled in CA (corps are state regulated, so there can be two as long as they don't operate in the same state).
