keep calling at all kind of hours wake and sleep hours

I am reporting these rude and unprofessional collectors!  They need to be stopped! I am a collector and I have never spoken to anyone like they do. The need to be fined and the CEO needs to be fined.

Please file reports about American Collection Systems located in Columbus, Oh.

CALLS FROM 7:30AM TO 9:00PM

they continuosly call all the time and im getting fed up with it

Receive call every day from this number. no message, only call a number left on answering machine.

Very annoying and irritating

I got a call from them on my cell phone and I called them back from my work phone. The lady said that she was looking for Keith and that she would remove the number. How does she know which number to remove?

I called them back they debt collectors, my past due medical bills got sent to them.

Got a call from them this morning. I answered the phone and there was a recording of a man's voice saying, "Call American at..." then gave the number, then repeated the message again, and listed the hours to call. I hung up.
Pretty stupid they use only identification of "American" in their calls, at this time, hoping someone is dumb enough to think its political or American Red Cross or something.Is that really going to make us call back?

get a call on my answering machine everyday from 1-877-367-3958,no name,no contact person.

Donna, I get the same calls at least 5 times a day. I have no idea what it is about either.

got a call from this number, get them a bit,  they answer the phone as "ACS" asked what it stood for, she said that was the name of the company. She then proceeded to ask me if i had received a phone call. Well I work in collections so I know that question is moot. When you call in on the same line that they have in their system, they already have the account up and it will tell them who they are looking for and so on. I told her no i didnt just get a call, but i did a few days ago. Suprisingly, they were not looking for me. Heh, But looking for a roomate of mine from a long time ago, I advised the lady that she hasnt lived here in years, she thanked me and adv will remove the number, we shall see what happens.

When I answered they said, "You're pulling my leg."  Then hung up.  
Out of curiosity I called the number back.  A very rud woman answered and said, "ACS."  I asked her who they were and she said she could not tell me anymore until she found out who I was.  So I hung up.  There is nothing on the internet about this number or even who ACS is.

I got a call from this number today and the lady calling said she was from some attorney's office and that she was calling about an $1800 radiology bill incurred in Miami (I've never been there).  She was a bit hard to understand but it seems she was calling to speak to someone with my same last name.  She became frustrated when I could barely hear her so she hung up the phone.

What a bunch of a***oles. VERY RUDE. I called them back immediately after they called and I talked with a woman for a few seconds untill she transferred me to  voice mail.

I recieved a call and when I picked up they hung up on me.  So I blocked the number so it cant call me again.  I figured if it was that important they would have spoke when I answered the phone.

They were looking for a fella named Joe. After threatening to charge them for my time, I started calling them back repeatedly while playing 50 Cents "I get Money".

This phone number called a business line and went into our voicemail, sounds like some one driving in a car with the windows down. When you call back, all the answering machine says is that you have reached ACS and the hours are 9-5pm. Dont waste my companies time and money by calling our number, not leaving a message and not giving a full company name to call back or tell who you are calling for!

These people are so rude. They keep calling my home number sometimes up to five times a day! When I call back to be removed from the calling list, the representation hangs up on me! What kind of business are you hoping to run when you treat your potential clients like this. All I'm saying is, I will report these people to the FCC if they don't stop!

This is a collection agency for unpaid bills.

They called 5 times in a 1 1/2 hour period this morning starting at 8:05am!  That is harassment!

got a call from this number and takked to a rude man, and told them to quit calling here, and that was about a week ago, and they are still calling!!  What i have figured out is that they want you to call, so that they can get your number by caller id, and get all of your info through just one phone call and be able to teel your life by that. Thats pretty messed up!! I would like you to QUIT CALLING my number. Thank you!!

calling twice a day EVERY day, hang up when i call back. yay. i suspect it's collections but they're not exactly being helpful about settling the problem.

Constantly--on my new cell phone--which is not registered in my name. There is no possibility of me having a "business relationship" with this telephone number.

i just called the number back. they asked for my phone number. they are a collection agency. i owe $54 for an x-ray.

keeps leaving annoying messages to call them back...please call americans at......all prerecorded crap!  Has been going on for atleast a year!

Received these phone calls for months now looking for Maria from 877-367-3958.  I'm sick and tired of this girl calling and telling me her name is America and the company is America.  She is unbelievably rude and makes fun of the fact that she is intruding on my time.  She really gets her kicks off of upseting people.  Oh by the way I'm not Maria.

Almost daily messages to call.  Only says call American at 877-367-3958 & office hours.  Have been calling for months.  How can I get them to stop?  Why are they calling if I am on the Do Not Call list?  If collection agency, they must have wrong number as I am & always have been current on all bills.

This number calls repeatedly, but only rings the phone once or twice, never long enough to get an answer.
