I keep getting faxes from this company.  I have on at least 10 separate ocassions ask to be taken off the list.  Today when the fax came out of curiosity I called to find out what kind of insurance I could get for $89.50 a month.I was told that everything on that page was basically an 80/20 they pay 80% and we pay 20 w ith no deductables excluding the dental which was a deductable of $50.00 a year then they would pay the next $1,000.00 and that was all they would cover for dental in a year.  I ask for the details of the plan in writing so I could share with my co-workers and was told that they did not have anything in writing that they were able to send.  I ask for the providers list so I could confirm my doctors were in their network.  I was told after I paid the $99.00 nonrefundale set up fee and the $89.50 1 first monthy installment I would be provided a website that would identify who the providers were.  I said I really need to have that information up front becasue that would impact my decision to purchase insurance from them. She then replied if my doctors were not on the list I could cancel my plan and they would refund the first month installment but the $99.00 set up would not be refunded.  The woman was very polite and understanding and basically said if I need that in writing she would not be able to help me and that she understood my concerns.  She also told me they were located in Austin TX and was not aware that there was another company out there that had the name of Health Care Solutions.

They did not call me even when we got disconnected I had to call her back so I do not have a caller ID but the number on the flyer they continue to fax to my fax machine is 877-371-2328.  this is a waste of my paper and toner and I am getting tired of it.

I cannot imagine any insurance company expecting anyone to buy insurance from then when they cannot provide any documentation on what the policy is and what it covers.  There is diffently something wrong here.

Claimed to be selling affordable group health insurance for small businesses. When I requested a provider list and something in print to show exact coverage details, I was told to "Shut the F*%k up" and was hung up on.

It works! Tie up their phone lines by calling them. They get really agitated and will say nasty things. They don't like a dose of their own medicine. All pun intended

Everybody should just call and tie up their phone lines. Don't say a word just work as they shout hello, hello. Heck, one guy even started speaking Spanish.

The same guy also told me I was pathetic. He suggested I draw a warm bath. Slit my wrists - not the wrong way but the right way. Then bleed to death.

Warm and fuzzy so you really know that they just want to make sure we have affordable health coverage! All they really want to do is bleed your bank account. Now that's pathetic.

The FCC won't do a darn thing to stop these crooks. Make their life miserable by just calling them over and over and over.

Report these thieves to the FCC and also to your state attorney general.  If you just toss away these faxes into the trash, then they can continue to get away with this crap.  If we all take action, we can kick them to the gutter where they belong where they will die off.  Fight them.  In some cases, you can sue and make money off these crooks if that's your angle.

MORE ON THIS FAX SAYING "NEW HEALTH PLAN FOR $89.50 PER MONTH (indvidual)."  THE GUY "B-NARD" SAID HE IS BLACK.  HE SOUNDS BLACK TOO.  HE SAID TO ME "DO YOU HAVE SOMETHING AGAINST BLACK PEOPLE? YOUR PRESIDENT IS BLACK!"  AND NEVER EVEN SAID ANYTHING TO OFFEND HIM.  I WAS JUST INQUIRING ABOUT THE OFFER ON THE FAX.  GUYS LIKE HIM...A CROOK AND A FRAUD, IS A DISGRACE TO HIS RACE.  I SWEAR SOMEONE SHOULD STOP HIM AND HIS CRONIES.  THEY SHOULD BE PUT IN JAIL FOR THE SCAM THEY ARE DOING TO INNOCENT PEOPLE.  I HOPE & PRAY NOBODY FALLS FOR THEIR TRICKS!!!

HE WAS OBNOXIOUS, RUDE & OFFENSIVE!!!  THEY SAID THEIR COMPANY NAME IS PREMIER HEALTH SOLUTIONS. WHEN I LOOKED IT UP AND FOUND A COMPANY WITH THAT NAME, I CALLED AND SPOKE TO THE PRESIDENT SO I CAN COMPLAIN. NANCY TOMASALLI SAID SHE DOESN'T HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH THAT COMPANY. SHE BELIEVES THEIR A FRAUD AND THAT THEY SHOULD BE REPORTED TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU.  SHE ALSO SPOKE TO A MAN NAMED "B-NARD" TO COMPLAIN WHY THEY ARE USING HER COMPANY NAME. AND HE WAS ALSO RUDE TO HER. I CALLED THE BBB BUT SINCE THERE IS NO INFO ON THE FAX ABOUT WHERE THIS PEOPLE ARE LOCATED, THEN IT IS HARD TO FILE A COMPLAINT.  BEWARE OF PEOPLE LIKE THIS.  THEY JUST WANT TO FOOL PEOPLE AND "STEAL MONEY."

Thank you, Thank you.  I received a fax from them (Premier Health Solutions) the other day and have been trying to obtain a benefit detail or plan document before I make a decision and give them access to my bank account on a monthly basis.  They sent me a fax with hardly any information on it.  This was on Thursday and they wanted me to finalize it by 5pm on Friday in order to get the quoted premium.  When I asked them what network they used for doctors, they didn't understand what I was asking.  I couldn't even find a web-site for them.  I entered their phone number and got your message about them.  I knew it was too good to be true.  You just saved me and my family from a nightmare.

This compnay continues to fax me after I've asked them to stop.  I went to the website they suggest to remove my name, I've also called them after I continued to receive faxes.  I want to fax a letter, but don't have their fax number.  My printer ink is so expensive, they're killing me.

I am disgusted with the company that is using this number, please do not believe what they say, they are not affiliated with Premier Health Network website, nor are they located in Round Rock, Texas.  They are only interested in taking your money....
