I never answer the phone when I do not know who is calling

If it is, say DirecTv and you are a subscriber to their service, the no call list won't matter. They have the right to call you since you are affiliated with them. Otherwise, I would not know why the no call list wouldn't work. I am signed up for it and I get very few undetectable calls. Maybe one or two a week. These are scams I figure from out of the country.

These are crooks posing as direct tv

This number calls a few times every week! I got another call on Sunday morning from this number. A man calling "on behalf of DirecTV, was offering premium channels free for 3 months. I am skeptical, because CID says "Toll Free Call"  rather than "DirecTV",so I know this isen't their main customer service number. I am a DTV customer,but this is getting to be a nusience!

I am getting almost daily calls from this number.  I have reported it to Do Not List.gov--and STILL I am getting them.  Nothing seems to help.  If I knew the name of the company, I would report them to the Better Business Bureau.

Sounds to me like your husband is not responsible enough to schedule and installation during a day off, if he had to stay home and lose enough pay to wipe out the "savings" of a two year contract.

This is Direct TV. They call and when I answer they hang up. While I subscribe to their service, I have requested on prior hang-up calls that they not harass me like this. I am reporting them to the FCC.

I called my number into the stop unwanted calls and this company is still calling after 4 months regarding my credit cards. I do not and for 6 years have not had a credit card. Please stop the calls.

It is very annoying to get sales calls on a cellphone.  I am changing my cellphone number.  Also thinking about cancelling Directv if they do not stop these calls.

They call several times a day, I do not answer because I know it's a telemarketer of some sort because they never leave a message. Very annoying!!

Received calls from this number two times, over two days.  I'm not sure if it is DirectTV as others have suggested because I already have that.

I received a phone call from this number about 5minutes ago, a***oles didn't answer the phone when I picked it up. I searched the number and I was brought here. I see many other people are receiving phone calls from these a***oles too.

I didn't even answer since it was "unknown".  Tired of these kind of calls

Go into your phone and save the number as don't answer or no no no or f off. then when they call you don't pick it up. Second call your phone provider and have the number blocked on your phone. 3 if you have a smart phone set the number to ignore and you will never see them call unless they leave a message

Interesting that I just cancelled my Direct TV service today. Didn't answer, my decision is final.

I called DIrect TV and they are aware of this...  I just blocked them. but according to my phone logs they still call 3 to 4 times a day...

I've seen a lot of comments claiming this is Direct TV, guys, its not them. It's just a scam, they are pretending to be Direct, hoping you will call that number back when the channels don't show up and then they can get your account information. Direct TV only calls from 1800 numbers. Please don't fall for this.

My number is on the no call list.  Why do you continue to call,  Do I need my attorney to file a charge?

Got numerous calls from this number.  Sometimes 3 to 4 times a day! Every time I answer it's just a beeping sound.  I have since blocked the number.  I doubt this is Directv.  I have  Directv and when they call me they always leave a message and usually call during business hours not 9:00 pm at night, like this number was doing

The number I am referring to is 877-371-9094. Yet are scammers. Be careful and call directv yourself if you have any questions.

The people at this number are criminals. They are CLAIMING to be directv in order to get your credit card information. Do not talk to them. If you want to ask directv about it personally call them yourself:

I was out of town for a few days. When I got back and checked the caller ID list, there were SIX calls from these bozos. Not one message left. I know it's DirecTV and I'm really fed up with the constant calls from them. I never answer now that I know who it is, and as soon as my "contract" is up, I'm finding a different way to watch TV!
