How are these people getting our phone numbers and stuff? Very disturbing and when you call them back there a bunch of fools! They left me another message today but they screwed up what they were saying laughed and hung up. Seriously get a real job and stop with harassing people!

I have received 2 threatening calls on my phone that are almost verbatim with what has already been written on here.  They have also called my former roommate about 10 times - leaving 2 messages for me and she even spoke with them and told them I don't live there. I haven't lived there in over 12 years!!!!  They also said they now have my address and actually did get most of it right, except for the state.  This is definitely a SCAM!!  Anyone that I owe already have my address, correct phone number and employment info.  They don't need to threaten me to get me to give it to them.

They will not quit calling work.  They are very threatening and refuse to work with settlement company.
They do not adhere to the request to quit calling work.  They are now having a "process serving" company calling as well.

Recd a call like this just yesterday and they left a message saying you have one Oppurtunity and you have been notified. They give you a number to call and you have to leave a message with a claim # and a phone # to get called back. What is this about?

yeah I have recieved 2 of those calls.I'm getting sick of hearing this scam artist calling herself Susanna clayfield on my answering machine.1st time she told me to call 1(877)373-0112. 2nd time  was 1(800)431-1132. The 1st time I actually called the # to see what it was about.Then the girl asks for my social & birth date.I told her I wasn't telling her anything especially since she wouldn't say who or what this crap was! I said this is fake screw off & hung up.

Yeah that is the latest phone scam going around.  Do NOT give them any of your info nor confirm any info.  Simply ignore these clowns.

Rec'd a voicemail message at 11:32am on March 14, 2013.  Weird because when I checked the ID of phone calls received today, I did not see that a call came in around that time.  The message was from a guy who identified himself as Michael Avendale and he was looking for someone named Mary with my last name.  There is nobody here named Mary and I have no relatives named Mary.  He said there have been charges filed against me and that I have ONE opportunity to call.  He gave me a claim number and at the very end of the call, he said "Mary (last name here), you have been notified".

Just received a call from a woman who stated she was hired by United Capital Group at 877-373-0112 and was to be serving me papers due to a lawsuit.  This is the 2nd time I have received a threat from this company but this time with a different "process server"

This is a SCAM!  Pay these jackwagons no attention.  They have called me before and they try to intimidate you.  But to me, they just sound like a bunch of kids trying to play office.  They may even have some of your information. Mostly things that are public knowledge.  You have no charges against you, as they will say you do.  They will tell you they are coming to present you with a formal claim.  I've never seen one.  Its all a SCAM,they prey on people that they can catch off guard.
