These people call me about 10 times a day and I won't it to stop! They say I have a summons or something about bad checks??. I don't know. But please make them stop.

I have been called from (877) 373-0474 & an unknown number since February 13th now. They call me nearly 6 times a day telling me I have 2 financial charges & a claim against my name. Does anyone know how to stop this? It is becoming very irritating.

They called and I did not even have to verify anything for them to release the info which is COMPLETELY ILLEGAL! I will be contacting the attny general to let them know that they are not following the right practices. As a collector myself they are doing everything completely wrong. Telling me they are going to SERVE ME! completely illegal. They will not be getting money out of Sarah Shafer because they released info to a 3rd party without verifying anything before...

This is a total scam. Don't pay them a dime. Not a legitimate company. Record the calls to get them put on the next Dateline show on scam collectors

I keep getting a call from 210-338-8172 and they tell me that I need to call 877-373-0474.  They said that they are going to summon me in my state if I don't respond to the urgent matter.  They use my local area code and number to get me to answer but I don't ever answer the phone if it's a number that I don't know.

These people are scammers and need to be stopped.

This company keeps calling me leaving nasty messages.  This is a scam.  They call from 713-936-2339 saying you have outstanding debts and are being issued a summons.
