keeps calling but does not leave any message - how do we stop this?  thanks,

CALL DIRECTV DIRECTLY!! More people calling will hopefully bring about a solution.This company continues to call- multiple times per week and sometimes multiple times per day. We've had Directv for 13 years and never had one bit of trouble with them until the past few months. The people are extremely rude and pushy and we have asked numerous times to have our number removed, yet they continue to call. We've called Directv directly and they were very helpful and have promised to put this on an escalated priority. We are waiting for call back from a higher authority. Hopefully that will help- BUT if more people start calling Directv directly maybe it will help.

Creeps like the ones you've always known, have gotten hold of 800 numbers. You haven't done anything wrong, you don't owe them money, just report them to the FTC and the FCC.
