I receive one or two calls daily from this number. They never leave a message and don't answer when I pick up the phone and say "Hello."

We paid them money back on May 5, 2005 and they never applied the money we paid them to the account according to the student loan people. I have been trying to fix this issue for five years now and am at my wits end.

I actually got a call from 716-270-2217, they left a message for someone with a similar name as mine saying there was a very important determination made on my behalf and they've been made aware of my situation. Also that there were arrangements made available to me if I called 1-800, then the man stopped then said, I'm sorry, 1-877-375-7130.  I found it suspicious that he didn't know the correct number to give out.  It would seem if it was his job and he repeated the number often enough, a mistake like that wouldn't happen.  This was the first time I received the call.

I have my number as a voice mail mesge.This ERS which at first sounded like he said from IRR called looking for another person other than me.

The begining of the call started with if you are not so and so please hang up..thing is he got an answering machine that cannot hang up till after it goes through the cycle.

I have also recieved a call rom another place for another name with the same thing.

Do these peopl not realize that sometimes people have answering machines?

TIRED OF REPEATEDLY HARASSED CALLS EVERY DAY AT HOME NUMBER # (301-515-3231)    DESPITE LISTING WITH NATIONAL DO NOT CALL REGISTRY.

This organization of bottom-feeders and vultures is not associated with the notorious Mackinnon Brothers, (Doug & Greg) owners of Lenahan/Giove Law Offices. Paul Niedzelowski and Doug Mackinnon used to paint houses together in the Buffalo, NY area, years ago and Doug once used Niedzelowski as a front for collecting on his bogus debt portfolios.

One sleazy law firm who is handling their dirty work is Hosto & Buchan out of Little Rock, Arkansas with a reputation for not being the brightest lawyers in the courthouse and fails to show for a LOT of suits they file.

It does not take brain surgery to defeat these brain-dead debt collectors and their so called attorneys; you are already smarter than them for finding this site. The have what is known in this industry as a ?deficiency? which is an inability or failure to be able to LEGALLY validate the trash they are collecting on.

A check of records shows that Elite Recovery Services has not complied with state licensing and bonding requirements as required by law. That is no surprise because any operation associated with the MacKinnon?s appear to take the attitude that the law governing debt collections don?t apply to them.

Anyone receiving information concerning Elite, Hosto & Buchan are urged to contact me for assistance. There is a way to deal with these bottom-feeders and make them go away.

There is nothing to be gained in giving Elite Recovery Services your money, you may not even legally owe on debts they are collecting.

Looking for a peson on a personal/legal matter.  I thought it was suspicious. I was trying to get more information, but they had a specific name close to my name, but I same those no one here by that name. Haven't called back.

This number calls me all the time, the last time there was a voicemail. sounded like a TV in the background....dont trust them. DO NOT ANSWER this number

These people call all the time asking for my dad by a nickname that he only goes by with some college friends. He has no business with them and no outstanding debts, but everyday we have a message from them on the answering machine. We believe it to be persistent scammers. I'd like to know the legality of this persistent phishing and unwanted calling.

Called my number, left no message, I called them.  It is the ERS.  They were looking for my son, who passed away two months ago.  I told them if they call me again, I will file a lawsuit against them.  Watch out for these people.
