got a call from this number, i picked up and no one was on the other line.

This is a phone company called Free Choice Communications. They claim to be calling from AT&T and try to get you to switch to their plan. No matter how many times you ask if they are really AT&T, they will say "yes." They are liars and scammers. Do not give them your name or they will switch your phone service out from under your feet.

These people should be put out of business. I have also received numerous calls from this number, have asked to be taken off their list, but they continue to call me over and over and over. Why do we have to put up with these bozos!!! Cannot the government or FCC do something???

Some guy said he was "calling on behalf of AT&T and my local phone company." However, he couldn't even tell me the correct name of my business. Telemarketing scum.

Caller claimed to be AT&T & offered a lower rate if I would commit to a 12-month agreement. I asked him three (3) different times if he was with AT&T, and he said "yes." I told him I wanted to call back to confirm that I was talking to AT&T, and he gave me this number. Whoever they are, they are liars and scammers.

Unlisted name, but showed this phone number. Said they were AT&T, needed to speak with the person in charge of the phone bills. I asked if there was anything I could help them with or if there was a message, he said it wasn't necessary, so he hung up. Okay....?

I got Unlimited Long Distance Nationwide for only $51.00!!! I had been paying over $100.00 before! I was a little worried, being it was a telemarketer, but when I got my Welcome Letter directly from AT&T a few days later, needless to say, I WAS EXCITED!

Calling all our numbers and stating they are AT&T.
I know they aren't because we have directed AT&T to only contact us by mail.
