keeps calling me. never leaves a message

Called me I picked up a lady named Betty said I won a 100 dollar gift card she tried to get me to give my card #,address,and other personal information!!!!! They have been calling me since new years!!!!!! 57 times!!!!!

I have called this number back on several occasions and asked them to quit calling my cell phone and thry tell me they will remove the number and then the next day they call right back.

Unidentified company.  Solicitation/telemarketing.  The telemarketer asked if I was the owner of phone # (my number).  I asked "who are you calling?" *if she's calling me, she should know my name).  She again asked if I was the owner and if this was the phone number she called and started in with telling me I had a chance to win a $100 gift card after a short survey with five questions.  I asked "who is calling?" and was told some generic 'title' (not a company).  She went into her script again and I told her to identify the company she works with and she again didn't answer me directly and talked over me - again.  I told her to hold on and not interrupt but she kept on talking over me with her script. So then I demanded: :Take my name and number off your Master List NOW" (the 'magic words' that they are required by law to abide by at my request).  I then hung up immediately but wanted to call back to speak to a manager with a complaint about the rudeness of the person who called me. When I called, there was no company identified.  I was placed on a 'loop' message that gave me the option to 'press 1 to continue to hold' or 'press 2 to leave name, number and short message.  Of course I pressed '1' countless times and finally hung up after ONE HOUR of being on hold.  Obviously a scam!!  Any legit company would identify themselves in the phone call and in a call back from me.

After I waited a few seconds, sighed and said "it's your dime,:" the caller said "Hello" and then dead air.  I checked the number on the web and found dozens of reports of this call with no response.  Whoever it is deserves to have their number taken away.  Why isn't there a setup for penalizing those who abuse their phone number in this manner.  It is a privilege just like voting, actually, to have a phone number.  Just that it is big business/corporations that govern phone systems, not the government, one more example of the corps. just continuing their merry way in our country, while the poor get poor and the abused get more mistreated one way or another every single day.

got a call from 877 383 5970 was automated asking me to confirm my phone number.  I hung up.  Also got a call from 855 890 2180 four times today and three times yesterday.  I never answered any of them.  I am assuming these two numbers may be related.  I reported the latter number to 'DONOTCALL'  list yesterday and now I am going to add the 877 383 5970 to the list and file a formal complaint.  We all should make it a habit to report ALL unwanted solicitors to 'donotcall'.

they call it 2 or 3 * a day do not leave a message when I called back all I get is a beep. so for now on when they call me I just black list them

this person keepscalling my texting app. its really pissig me off and its annoying as f***. this is the 3rd day they have been calling me. /:

got a call from this number answered it they claimed i had won a $100.00 gift card and all i had to do was answer 5 (bogus) questions... so i played along to see what they would ask... are u a obama backer...would u and your family benifit with obamacare...when she continued to the 6th question... i asked her what's up with that.. she then started saying i had won a voucher for a $100.00 dollar gift card...so i asked wait, are you saying i will not only receive a $100.00 gift card but also a $100.00 voucher for an aditional card?? she agreeed so what else do i need to do...now she wanted my bank or debit card to bill me to ship my gifts ...i hung up

They call me many times every day and never leave a msg

got a call from them and i tried to get to the phone to answer and it said nothing.  then they left no message.  I call the number back and it said Thank you for calling customer service and put me on hold and then nothing else.

I've been called by odd numbers, including this one several times per day. I answered one and was told I was entered into a 1-million prize drawing, then said as part of the "offer" I could receive magazine subscriptions for FREE. All I had to do was pay $12 per month for one of the issues!!!! Do they think I'm dumb! I pay that for a year of issues, why would I pay that per month.

Seems all they are trying to do is collect your contact information and then if they are successful at getting through the confirmation, they ask for a form of payment for these magazines.

I say SCAM and un-ethical way to go around and collect contact information or debit card information.

I've been getting regular calls from this and 2 other numbers (651-689-1287 and 305-587-2555) as of a week ago. I do not know if all the calls are related or not, but I am usually in class or not around my phone when I get them. None of them have left me messages. Today I answered this number and no one was on the other end. After a few seconds I heard an automated "goodbye" followed by a beep and a click.

I've been getting these calls sometimes up to 5x a day.  Here is a number for the National Do Not Call List - Call from the phone to which you are receiving.  1-888-382-1222.  Good Luck!

Got a call from this number today, and as doppdl, I do NOT answer calls that I do not know of - left no VM... annoying

I got a call from this number today and when I called back it gave me the option to leave a message or hold for customer service. I held for 15 mins without an answer. This has got to be a prank number and needs to be reported.

I just received a call from this number...ON MY THREE DAY OLD CELL PHONE!  They had the right number, but I told them that I had this cell phone for THREE DAYS and that if they called again, I would report them to the Federal Trade Commission.  I have the feeling that this is Bayview Financial...who called yesterday and left no message on my cell...when they were CLOSED!!

My neighbor got a phone call from this number today, and they said he won a 100 gift card to Walmart and 2 other company's. They asked him a ton of survey questions and then told him to give them his debt card number and they would charge it for $2.50 and that would cover the mailing fee. Which struck me as odd. So I started to Google the 1-877-383-5970 and I cannot find the actual number saying "SCAM" but I find a bunch of the numbers like it and it says it is a scam. Please Let me know asap! Thank you.
