I just received a call from a woman witht the same name .  Is the for real or a fake.  SHe  says that she works with the Law Group

I received several call from a Nicole Kelly X2229 threatening my job.  This person has contacted several of my co-workers, including one of the Deputy.
I called them back to request their address and the name of their company and was told that they do not give out their address not the name of their company.

BRN is nothing more than a collection agency. DO NOT TAKE THEIR THREATS SERIOUSLY! This company is third party collections for Ace Cash Express and they use intimidating collection techniques to get people to pay. If you owe Ace walk into the location and pay them directly.

Some woman kept calling me trying to get in touch with my mother.  Her name is supposedly Ms. Shelby Preston, threatening that my mother was in trouble with the law and either she or her lawyer needed to get in touch with her immediately.

Shame on Ace to use a place like this.

Tell Balance Recovery Network spokespeople to stop calling you, and if they don't, get in touch with a lawyer who will do it for you.  The second time this woman called she actually said on my answering machine, "I know you're her daughter" in this threatening manner.  I laughed to myself and said, "Yeah, that's because last time we were on the phone I told you that."  I told her the NEXT time she called that I passed on the message, and if my mother didn't call her back, there was nothing I could do for her.  *click*

The next time anybody gets a call from this Collection Agency tell whoever it is that you want to speak directly with Mary Triplett(she is the so called owner/manager) or Scott Hartman(owner). They are not using their real names, which is against the law, and they are trying to scare people into paying. They are a JOKE!

i looked up this number because they have been calling me house every couple of days and i just called and spoke with a ms bell from this place and they worked out a payments with me and she was nice.

Yeah, I had basically the same thing happen to me.  This Supposed Shelby Preston lady kept calling me and my sister harrasing us.  She kept saying that she would contiune to call wether I wanted her to or not.  My sister and I are a contact person only.  I finally got tired of it and told her that I had contacted my lawyer and I knew that they were a collection agency and if she didn't stop calling me I would sue her.  She stopped calling!!  I am going to report them to the federal trade commisson as well.

i just got a call from the same lady... i told her i didn't know where the person they was looking for was at.. she said she didn't give a rats a** and told me they have my number now.. and would be calling me.. i told her not to call my number anymore.. she told me that until i give her a new number to reach this girl at that i can be called. i told her i used to work collections... and that she couldn't call me if i told her not to.. she said again that she didnt give a rats a** then hung up.

The same thing happened to me, her name is Nicole Kelly X2229, they actually called my supervisor and co-workers.  I put in a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), and they (FTC) informed me that if they get more complaints they will step in, so lets get those complaints into the FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION, office their number is 1-877-382-4357.  Don't let these people get away with this kind of harassment.

They have been calling my husband and threating his brother as well who is a point of contact I guess. They have my husband's social and his brother's social.
It's ridiculous how rude they are.

called me stating they were looking for someone named anthany fauntroy or their representative because they had used me as the point of contact. i called back giving them the extension of the lady that called and they asked for my name and last name and number that they called and the persons name. when i told her she said she took my number out of the system. the phone was fuzzy sounding. this is the second time this happend to me. once last year, different story though.

called me about a payday loan I had recieved from ace cash express. Lady said that this was a worthless check and that I was basically looking at jail time if I did not pay. At first I was scared but then I called my attorney and then he informed me that this was far from the truth and wanted to contact these people himself.  Those guys aren't calling me anymore.  I also made a complaint with the FL AG.

Left message at my place of work for a ex-employee, didn't leave much info. Called back and someone answered phone as BRN but said it so fast had no idea what they said. Woman wasn't forth coming with info on who they are. Tried to contact person who actually called and got VMail. Did web serch and they are a collection company in FL.
