I cancelled my debit card and reported these thugs. My bank sent me forms to fill out and made it very easy to get my money back.

Now these D...Heads have to deal with someone who will take them on.

So far no more charges and I have MY MONEY BACK !!

DO NOT BOTHER calling these worthless thugs. Cancel your method of payment, report them and follow the procedures your bank requires of you.

Who ever it is the bank says it is all a fake company.  I did speak with a Samantha this morning for 877-402-2671,she canceled everything out and she says they will replace the 9.95 they took out, but I called the other numbers, the receptionist hung up on me. She said I already called.  But they are using different Co. to take money out.

I have to write a letter of dispute in order to get my money back.

this just happen to me this morning it showed in my bank as check card withdrawal from bonuscraigs 877 387 for amount of $12.95. And i also got another withdrawal for $29.00 about the same time but with NO information as from where or what service.  nothing happens when i dial the number its just silence and after a minute its just a busy signal i tried from my home phone and from my cell, same thing happens ill be canceling my bank account today if my bank can't refund or cancel payment that just posted this morning.

Thank you captain obvious!  You should ALWAYS look for small print.  But this company is going above and beyond scamming people for money.  Even if you did read the fine print, they make it IMPOSSIBLE for you to talk to anyone.  And if you call after 5:00, there is no one there that can credit back your account.  You have to call back later and WAIT AGAIN!!!  Then when you finally get someone, they can only credit back a portion of the amount!  

This company needs to be reported!  It's not fair that they are making $2.00, $39.99, + dollars off of people just because we can't get a hold of them to dispute the false charge.

Today I was made aware that my bank account had been charged without my authorization. The number that was attached to the payment was to this online EBAY SUCESS kit at 877-387-4244.  I called the number at about 3:00pm today and finally at 3:30 talked to two people.  The second guy I talked to looked at my account and had on record that my account was charged 1.95 and 39.99 on June 16.  But if you look on my bank account I was actually charged on the 23rd for 1.97 and 40.99 on the 24th.  When I asked about why there was such a delay, and why the amount he had on his screen was less than what my account showed...he didn't have an answer.  He stated "I think it's because the payment went to an international company".  He also stated that he ONLY had authorization to credit me back the 39.99 and not the full amount.

To say the least I'm already frustrated that my card was used without my authorization for this purchase, but more than anything I'm really ticked off that I am not being credited back the amount I was actually charged.  I don't mean to be anal about $3.00 but, when the guy was just as confused as to why my account showed a higher balance and then said that it was POSSIBLY because it was an International transfer...that's not an answer that someone can be happy with.  

This company is running a huge scam, and I personally think it's rude that not only will they not answer the phone for you they also don't give you the right email addresses for customer complaints and support!!!

EBAY is NOT THE ONE CHARGING ANYONE!!  tHEY - ebay - DOESN,T GET ANYONE,S information!!  It sounds to me that someone is either sebding you emails that you are clicking on and then buying something frim the bigus sute, or that someone is hacking into the EBAY site itself and getting the information that way!!

GO THROUGH EBAY,S PROBLEM SOLVING SYSTEM.  THEN LOOK ON THE INTERNET AND GET THE INTERNET POLICE INVOLVED!!  THEY WILL INVESTIGATE AND THEY CAN EVEN WORK WITH LOCAL POLICE WHERE THE PERSON LIVES AND ARREST THEM FOR FRAUD!!  

I have had to do this so I know it works.  We got our money back.  

But, please tell me, was it an email or was it on EBAY itself where you actually typed the the website into the search bar on the browser??  This would help a lot in letting people know exactly how this is being pulled off and what to stay away from.  Because I know EBAY and PAYPAL and they are not gooing to risk losing their good name for a couple of thousand.

I'm not calling because of harassing phone calls, BUT because I am UNABLE to contact Ebay about the three (3) withdrawals from my checking account that were not authorized by use of my Credit Card which was probably stolen on the inter-net some how.. I am notifying my bank to cancel my card and issue me a new one as I am also reporting the amounts and dates of the withdrawals.

It was EBAT that charged you.  Someone is using the GOOD NAMES of "EBAY" AND "GOOGLE" on the web to do things like this.  If you paid for the EBBOK on EBAY they may have inout your information into one of these programs and that us how you got the extra charge.  

USE PAYPAL TO BUY ANYTHING ON THE INTERNET!!!  THEY PROTECT YOUR RIGHTS AND WHEN YOU TELL THEM THAT FRAUD WAS INVOVLED ABD THEY INVESTIGATE, WATCH OUT, THEY WULL GET YOUR MONEY BACK WITHIN A WEEK IF IT IS TRUE AND THEY WILL BE PUT ON NOTICE FROM "PAYPAL" AND IF IT HAPPENS TO MANY TIMES THEY WILL GET KICKED OUT OF PAYPAL AND THEN YOU WILL KNOW.  ALSO YOU SHOULD ALSO LET THE REAL "EBAY"  KNOW WHAT HAPPENED WITH THE "INTERNET COPS"  YES, THE INTERNET HAS POLICE, THEY ARE JUST A LITTLE HARD TO FIND.  GOOD LUCK

Did any of you sign up for a Google StartUp Kit??   The page where you add your "payment to get a job"!! in the "FINE PRINT" it tells you that you are also signing up for several OTHER PROGRAMS which will give you a week and another one 21 days before they charge you.  This way, they can say that they DID TELL YOU AND YOU DID SIGN A CONTRACT!!!  However this is in a fraudulent manner because it should be up frontt that you are signing up for NOT ONE PROGRAM BUT 2 PROGRAMS!!!!!  I just thought I would let you know.  

EVERTIME you are asked to pay for a CD that will help you and all you have to pay is $1.97 or something similar, WATVH OUT!!!  These are all fraudulent because it is in the FINE PRINT that catches you into this trap!!  Keep your eyes open for anything like this.  AlWAYS READ THE TERMS OF SERVICE, EVEN THOUGH IT IS VERY LONG!!  This is where they put there other fine print for charges that you are signing for.  BE VERY CAREFUL!!

They continue to charge you EVERY MONTH, but in a few days you will also get a charge for 9.95 for "on line services" and yet another for 12.95 for "ebaymen". These WILL BE RECURING charges EVERY MONTH UNTIL YOU STOP THEM FROM GETTIN ACCESS TO YOUR BANK ACCOUNT !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Morena, I was charged 39.95 EBAYWEB for something I did not order. I ordered their trial kit for $1.95 and then they later charged my account with the $39.95.  What telephone numbers did you use to contact them.  They gave me 877-387-4244.  The phone never rings and neither does the 800-808-8529.  I did call my bank to report the fraud charge and related the story about the phone numbers.  Will they continue to charge that amount each month? Morena, I have called all three numbers you gave and my call never gets through.  Your stating that is all we have to do to cancel our membership when we only order the trial kit.  You make it sound so easy.  It doesn't work that way.  I tried calling all three numbers you gave many, many times it does not ring or one will give a busy signal.  This is the most misleading unethical advertisement.  They should be fined for doing this to people. I know this is not legal.  I never received the kit.  The kit advertised a typing at home work on my email.  We are aware nothing is free, but this is very illegal and misleading.  I will not pay the $39.95.  I will make sure my bank never accepts any charge from EBay.  I emailed them to cancel it, of course, it did say it would not accept emails. So tell me how do you cancel this?

I have been charged $39.95 on my bank card from EbayWeb for something I did not order.  They gave the number 877-387-4244.  When I dial it, it will not ring or do anything. I also tried 800-808-8529, which does the same.  Have you had any luck contacting them? Three different phone numbers, three different UNAUTHORIZED debit charges and no end in site. Gee, if you did not read the "fine print" you are F****D ey? This is deceptive and you all should be thrown in jail !!!

I am CANCELLING MY DEBIT CARD and I suggest to anyone else out there who have had their weiner pulled by these jerks to do the same.

This happened to me too. I have tried a lot of times and they never answer. So, I called 1-800-808-8529 and after 25 minutes waiting they finally answer and after a lot of talking they decided to give my money back. Do not give up. Try after 11pm probably you will lose less time.

And, you can't email them, either. I just tried and email can't be sent!

Well, this happened to me to, but then I got charged for something else not even related to this site for the same amount of money, some dating service.  I tried all 3 numbers given in the in the helpful response by Morena below, but guess what?  I was on hold for over 30 minutes with each one and never got to talk to anyone to cancel it.

I have the similiar problems that everyone has posted.  I called the 800 number and first the person who answered just kept on going on about how I only had 3 days to review the program thru the email that was sent to me.  I never received an email.  After the repeatative conversation from him to his diresgard of my request to cancel my account he finally sent me to the refund department.  After the call is into 20 minutes they finally answered.  The representative tried to tell me they have a not refund policy.  I explained to her that the number on the charges is a bogus number because it's always busy now for 5 days. I explained to her that the way I found a number to call them was thru a complaint board on google also letting her know that there are many.  She instantly said she would refund $39.95 with a major attitude gave me a cancellation number and with a huff said have a good day and hung up.
