This number even calls ne before 9am in the morning. Bank of America? I don't even have an account with them. WTH.

These folks call every day. They leave a message saying they are US Bank. They are looking for someone that no longer has the number. He probably ditched the landline after all of the harassment. Unfortunately I'm stuck with his dumb number now. After answering the first few calls and letting them know the person they are looking for no longer has the number and to remove the number from their call list, they still call - sometimes 10 times a day. This is ridiculous! Get a clue! This is not the guy you're looking for. Now go do some investigative work and find him some other way!

They called my mom's house asking for me and said they were cardmember services so I called my bank and they said it was a scam.  They gave me the number to the FTC to report the number. FTC 877-382-4357!

I called them back after I kept ignoring their calls and they identified themselves as US Bank were asking for someone that wasn't me and I had never heard of. They said they must have had the wrong number and took me off the list.

i am having the same problem they will not stop calling me and its making me mad.

They call several times a day.  I finally answered and the representative asked for my son who has not lived here for over a year.  They asked for his telephone number twice and I finally asked if they do not understand what I said I am not giving his telephone number out.

The caller is from the credit card company that US Bank and others use to provide card services to their customers. Usually when a call comes from this number it is a matter regarding your card; either suspicious activity, negative balance, or other matters that need to be resolved as soon as possible.

This is a scam. I called my bank and they said it was a scam. Very interesting as I called the number and they immediately asked for my card number and social security information. DO NOT GIVE YOUR INFORMATION to 1-877-388-4335!!!! Just remember, everything is pretty much automated so if a "representative" asks for your information, it is most likely a scam. Employers can usually pull up your account when you call as your phone number will give them the information they need, then they will usually verify with a few security questions if it is legit.

I finally got them on the line after several failed attempts. They really are US Bank I made a payment and it went to my correct card.

These people keep calling our business 3-4 times a day tying up our phone lines but never say anything.  You can just hear a click to hang up.

Call and ask for my daughter who hasn't lived at home for two years. Asked them to give me a number where my daughter could reach them and was refused.  Asked them to quit calling and was told that if I didn;t provide a number for my daughter they would continue to call me until I did.  When I tried asking to speak to a supervisor they hung up on me.  My bank,USBank, claims to not know anything about this and were of no help.  I have called the local police and they are looking into the matter.  I AM SICK OF THE HARRASSMENT AND WANT IT TO STOP1111

They never leave a message, every time I pick up I hear nobody on the other end.  Can't even answer it for them to stop calling me.  It's always between 8-9am stop calling me when I am hung over and waking me up dangit!!!!!!

Called me 5 times today I talked to 3 represenitives all said I am taken off the call list, the last guy told me it would be 48 hrs before it takes effect.  If you are one of the effers that work there PLEASE PLEASE I AM NOT NATHAN!!!!!!!!!!!  STOP CALLINGG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Called and left no message- multiple times- call back and it says Card Member Services. They finally called this morning and left a message stating that they were from Bank of America and thanking me for my recent visit to the branch and gave me another phone number 866-445-6496 with a case number to call. I actually called it and they had no idea what I was talking about gave me the run around transferred me everywhere. The only personal info I gave them was my phone number, name and account number for my mortgage so hopefully that doesn't screw me over because I went and directly called Bank of America from the contact number I know is accurate and they tried looking up both of those phone numbers and said that it wasn't them.
