I recevied a call on my cell from 877-389-2318 when I answered there was music playing. I wasn't going to set there and wait for someone to come on.. That tells me that I must not be that important to them, to make me wate on them to come on the phone.

Was called by this number on my work cell. There was silence on the other end after I said hello, so I waited quietly. They hung up without saying anything.
