Received fax without request.  Sounded too good to be true.  The guy Jason talked me into getting the insurance before I checked the internet.  Thank goodness I checked the internet and saw the people who had ben ripped off.  I called my bank and had a stop payment placed on the EFT they were going to withdraw.  I asked for a copy of the PPO doctors, hospitals and was told I could not see that information until "I became a member"  I alos thought BreAnn who answered the phone "Corporate" was also unprofessionsal and one point hung up without saying bye or thank you.  I thought ths was unusual to do to a new customer.

I received this too good to be true information about health insurance by fax I am a caretaker for my husband who is recovering from a stroke and we live on his SS Retirement. Neither one of us work and its difficult for us to afford health insurance for me, he is covered by Medicare...so when I saw this ad, I applied for it and yes, they stole $188.50 from my bank account!  I just don't know what to do about this!  

PLEASE LEARN FROM MY SITUATION AND DON'T APPLY TO THIS AD FOR HEALTH INSURANCE!

I got the same fax. I called and was suppost to have the money deducted from my account the other day. Tried to call and the # is disconnected. Thank god there are good people in the world that post on things like this. I am lucky to have stopped it before it came out of my account.

I two was scams for $99.00 and was told my inurance card would be in the mail in 10 day if not came in that time call back CATHRINE WAS HER NAME THESE PEOPLE SURE HAVE A SYS.DOWN.Except I CALLED THE NEXT DAY AND GOT SOMEONE DIFFERENT and asked to speek to the manager I need more info  and hE give me what I WANTED TO HEAR BUT IT WAS NOT TRUE FACT GIVE ME A # TO CALL 1-866-3887 SO I DID GOT A  AMSWER THAT THEY ONLY DO INSURANCE FOR BUSINESS AND THAT ALL THEY DOING IS MAKE EVERONE TO BE READ FOR MORE CALL'S

I'm just wondering why people that are happy with the plan are doing the reverse number search to see what they come up with. Usually you only do that kind of a thing when your wondering if its a scam or if what people are saying about you.
Thanks for the posts. I thought I would find a website doing the reverse search number, but only a these posts on a few different sites. Big eye opener because if you do a reverse search on a number usually the company name will come up.

My office received an illegal fax solicitation showing 877-390-0032 as the "Call Today" number for more info.  The phone number shown to "be removed from our database" (866-211-9589) is constantly busy and the Web site to do likewise (www.fax-halt.com) contains no identifying info whatsoever, so is almost surely a scam to collect fax numbers to which further illegal faxes can be blasted.  STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS!!!

i recieved this fax as well i got the 144.00 plan i uded it for my sons dr after a spider bite it worked out okay only 20.00 for his precription at cvs normally it would of been 289.32 so i personally am thankfull to have recieved this fax

Send all copies of these faxes with complaints to your State Attorney General, local authorities and whatever else it takes to get these dirtbags out of using your equipment illegally and selling bogus insurance. These people and scam artist heading the ops have been under investigation for a long time. Authorities are looking to track the person down responsible for these faxes. Report any one of these faxes on the FCC website. Type in illegal fax reporting in google.

Hey d,chavo what's your gig with the company, you must be the butt blast faxing illegal faxes. Any legit company does NOT fax illegally without any information as to who has called. It's illegal faxes and these insurance scams are fraud

you call in to a business and come off like a jerk I would treat you the same way aswell. you tell a person you have never talked to that they are going to hell....where do you get off at saying that?? I think they should have hung up on you. I personally got the coverage and used it for a tooth extraction...2 extractions actually and all I paid was $50 out of pocket. too bad you don't have enough 'faith' to believe in someone trying to help you out.

August 5, 2009.  Rec'd fax titled "A New HealthCare Reform Package."  There was no company name on the fax.  When I called the number, 877.390.0032 they faxed me the terms and conditions. After receiving the terms and conditions, I called them back to ask for the underwriter's name, Sandy would not give my an underwriter's name.  She would also not send me a physician listing.  The fax they sent to me was from "Brdshw Trkng 713.263.7040."

Received this junk on my fax. Called 877-390-0032. Asked the guy what was the company name. He refused to tell me the name o the company he works for. THIS IS SCAM. I will file a complaint with FCC.

After receiving the fax on 08/04/09, I called the 1-877-390-0032 and played along like I wanted it.  A very nice representative asked me what state I was from and when I said Oregon, she said Premier Health was not allowed to be in Oregon.  Very interesting.

I received a spam fax on 7/30/2009 about healthcare showing this telephone number. There was no company name or address--only a telephone number. I am on the national do not call list, and the fax was missing information required by federal law to be on all faxes.

When I called the 877-390-0032 from a fax I received, a woman answered "How can I help you?".  I asked her what was her name and she refused.  She told me they offered insurance.  I said "Ok what company is this?" and she refused.  I told her I got a fax from them and she asked me what that number was and I refused.  I told her she and her group is sure to burn in hell for all of their evil deeds and she told me I was a bi*** and she hung up.
