calls every day several times a day, nobody there when i answer and never leaves a message!

They call me at least once a day, every day and leave a 3 second, blank message.

They have called me 3 times a week for a month now. When I answer no one is there or I hear a beep.

This number has called our house DAILY for the past three weeks, most times we just ignore it, but when we do answer it to try to tell someone to stop calling, as we ARE on the Do Not Call list, there's nobody there, not even a machine.  Who are these people and how do I get them to stop calling?

How do I block this number from calling me? They say they are constellation energy, but I called them directly because I was a previous customer one year ago and they said that they have no record of anyone calling me and my account is closed. These phone calls are ridiculous!

Got the same call from Constellation Energy selling electric.

I finally answered one of these to find out who it is.  It was Constellation Energy wanting to sell electricity to BGE customers.

Does not leave a message or any information.  This is on my cell phone.  Just heavy breathing or nothing.  How can I get this to stop on my cellphone?  I see other people complaining about this number too.

Same as other people---no voicemail left from this number.

Didn't answer it. Most likely the same phoney charity that called yesterday.

Received 3 calls from 7 am up until now from this number. Rings maybe twice. I either pick up and it disconnects almost immediately or I don't and it leaves a 3 second silent voicemail. If I call the number back it just says its a voice mail box and its full.

Called, no msg.  Called back VM says nothing.

Been receiving a call daily for months.  Registered with FTC and FCC for Do Not Call....No voice on voice mails that the person leaves.
