We don't want these calls, and there is no way to stop them from calling. This is a nuisance.

I followed the suggestion of dialing the number and pressing "3" as the call direction option. I received a recording that read back my phone number stating that it would be placed on their "no call" list.

I have received repeated calls from this number....it's a recorded message trying to get me to validate my mailing address. How can I stop this phone spam?
| Beth 2012-04-20 19:26:55 Unknown |
Company trying to sell labor law posters. Calls every week with robot voice or real people. Extremely annoying. I'm pretty sure you don't need to pay for these but they try to convince you that you need to.
| John L. Talbot 2012-04-20 16:44:43 Telemarketer |
The same message weekly, "your crappy posters are ready crap crap on and on" We are on a "no call" list and the b*****ds continue.

The calling company specializes in scaring small businesses into thinking they must spend a couple hundred bucks on labor law posters to be "compliant". Everything they sell is downloadable or mailable for free from the relevant government agencies.
The "Do Not Call" list is not totally worthless...when we get calls like this, we can be sure that the caller is NOT interested in being "compliant" with the law.
Also, whatever else you do, do NOT press 1, 2 or anything else. Or you may find that your phone or electric bill has some mysterious new charge on it.
