I also received a call from a Mr Parker, he called about a paid day loan that was taken out on line. He gave all my personal info and I was worried that soemone had all this information on me. I called my bank and I had forgot about the loan. I explained that i wanted to resolve and he did assist me. In the end I felt he could have been alittle nicer but. He did help me with allowing me to pay over time and in the end he was o.k.

I got a call from a Maurice Parker and she said he was going to issue me a summons for a payday loan I dont have.  What can I do?

I was recently threatened by this "Maurice Parker " person ! Told me I was bouncing checks and that I owed on a payday loan. None of this is true !! They had all my personal info. Very abrasive and rude so I was rude right back ! I have filed a complaint against them with a Florida consumer attorney. Too many scams out there !

I have a lousy 1 day a week job and this person is calling my work phone number !!! What can I do ?? I can't afford to loose this job !! There are no others out there for retirees !!!

The same story here. He won't leave us alone. He tells us that it's not his fault we have other bills to pay

call at place of work from this #, stated that I was going to be summoned due to a payday loan that was directly deposited to my acct. No such thing has ever happened. Callers name was Mauric Parker from CRA very rude. Had all of my personal information.
