Got a message about some vague documents and to call this number if I had concerns.  I'll just wait for the 'documents from a clerks office' accordingly.  Scammers. If somebody figures out what company this is, please post the name and address. I'd like to send them some documents.

It's an old debt recovery company based in PA. They've been calling everybody I know as well, and threatening to "deliver papers to the clerk". They always call from an unknown number and they never say what "clerk" they're sending papers to, or what kind of papers. These are aggressive intimidation tactics they are using to collect expired debt. Check with your state attorney's office what the statute of limitations is for old debt in your state, then next time they call, DO NOT TALK TO THEM. trace the number back online and mail them a cease and desist letter via certified mail (you can find a template online). If your debt is expired and you answer the phone, the call can reactive it, and if it is expired, they CANNOT serve you any papers because they can no longer sue you.

They've been calling me, my family AND my employer at least 3 times a day. Got my letter ready to mail. Just need to get the one number they've left before that I can track back to their company to send it.

This person called saying a family member with the address is being severed? I thought they had to be face to face with you in order to do so? who are these people seems like a load of bs to me.

They won't. They're more than likely in another state. Pretty crafty in their approach, but they are lying.

Called my work and told the girl who picked up that i needed to meet him at my job the next day and that I would like it!  i hope he shows up!!!!!
