Got the call several times. Its not me they are looking for. They left names one is a Phillip Johnson the other is a Jennifer Bailey.

All that I know is that this is serious. I got a call from a process server, she gave me Lincoln capitals number. They informed me about my charges, I disregarded it and now I am paying 7x the amount I could have in lawyer fees :( I wish I would have taken it seriously.

I am having this number call my house looking for my mother-in-law. Lady was very rude & wouldn't even give me her name, She just hung up on me! I hope reporting this will stop the calls or I will be calling the police department!

  Oh they only have the last 4 numbers of my social, but here is the thing this one is just one of many phone calls I am getting, I am getting them at work now also, always a different company and a different number.  I am so tired of it, I called the police station and they can file a report but it is always a different number, and a different company so there is not much they can do.  When I say I am getting alot of them lately, I have gotten at least 1 a month for the last 8 months, and the last 2 weeks I have gotten 6 of them at least.  I wish there was a way to make them stop... this has got to be illegal and some way to make it stop.

I keep getting the same call. Stating they have charges against me and they want to know where I work and my address and to verify my social. They told me the lady that called me was a private investigator and doesn't work in the same office as them. Whats funny is I tried all day to call them back and the number kept saying disconnected then hours later it went through. Thats weird to me. Also when I kept asking her what this was all about she kept saying excuse me and wouldn't reply.  Don't verify your social with them tell them thats not correct. The person's name was Elizabeth Morgan and stated they were State Capital Advisor.

I got a call from a PRIVATE Number, telling they are trying to serve me court papers etc, left a claim number called the number, said I have some bogus pay day loan unpaid, and are ready to take it to court, since I have had MANY phone calls like this lately, Calling me at my work and on my cell phone, and they have all my information.  When I called this number back and told them to not call me again, to not call my work again, and to serve me the papers, they said "Ok I will mark this as a wrong number"  HOW CAN I MAKE THESE CALLS STOP???

I received an UNKNOWN phone call from a Jennifer Bailey reporting that she received sealed documents that needed to be delivered to me from Lincoln Capital and that I should give them a call to find out what it was about. She gave me the number 1-877-394-5557 to call and a case number. So I called and they are telling me that I owe money from 7 years ago. They told me all the same information I got from a lady last month claiming to be an investigator and if I didn't pay it was gonna be send to my counties court. I have contacted the Michigan State Police before about it. Both numbers that they called from the first time and now, both come back to Georgia.

Some lady called me name Jamie called about 4 different people in my family saying that I have charges on me from Advance America. So I called Advance America and they said that I was not even in there system for owing them any money.  Everytime they call me back the number is private. This is crazy and not right makes a person look bad to in-laws and family.

I got a phone call saying that charges are being filed on my son-in-law, and I needed to call that phone number with a case number of 162-541 to discuss the matter.  And I hung up on him and immediately called my daughter and she said to come to this website and report it, so I am doing just that.

This number called my wife's mother and my wife's sister about my mom.  Super sketchy.  He claimed his name was Michael Fowler from Nationwide Legal Services and that he was a private investigator but refused to give any contact information.  He said my mom is in "Serious Trouble" and has charges against her in a case and that it is linked to Lincoln Capitol.

This number called my parents today and left the same message for me.

this number continues to call me and say that charges have been brought up against me and tries to serve a subpoena online
