All the people here who are claiming that we have unfair business practices are doing so falsely...None of these people ever paid to acquire our services because they were to cheap to... they were looking for any way out or excuse not to. They are jumping on the I'm too cheap to pay band wagon to justify their decision to not pay... bottom line their claims of us scamming are unwarranted and slanderous... and they would never know because they never went through the opportunity. Beware of false claims against legitimate business... now a days anyone could write what ever they want on these type of websites...true or not.

If anyone has fallen victim to scams like this, your bank or credit card company is your first and quickest resort. If no luck, contact your local district attorney's office consumer fraud division. They tend to be over-worked and under-paid, but they usually get to the bottom of things. might need to bust out the blue pages to get the number.

I saw a home advertised on CraigsList that used this number, decided to reverse look up the phone number here - glad I did. I also searched them via their name on the Better Business Bureau - they have an F rating and over 310 complaints against them!

I called responding to a craigslist add, I gave my name address and telephone number (dumb me) after the guy told me that there is no credit check and no down payment. All homes are going into foreclosure and I would just take over the payments. He said after I pay the $199 he will give me the web address so that I could register. I talk to DANIEL KELLY who told me to call him back at 805-884-9299. When I told him I was not prepared to make a payment today he started to get really smart and ask "don't you have money saved if your looking for a place". When I checked him on how he was speaking to me he then gave me his name and contact number.

When I tried to call back later to get more information about the company, Mr. Daniel said that they had been in business for 8yrs. I asked if there was a website of some sort that I could get more information about the company, he said "no, you have to have a user name and password and then disconnected the call and now won't answer my calls.

Here is the website. It seems fishy too.

Sounds funny to me. BE CAREFUL!

Stay away from this people. I called twice to respond to their craigslist ad for renting. The first lady (who sounded like a black lady) was very polite. She said I dont have to qualify for a credit check and I just "take over" the payments. She nicely informed me I have to pay $199 to know anything about the property. I said I was not interested. We signed off normally. I remembered that I forgot to ask if my name would appear on the title so I tried calling back. This time a guy answered the phone. He was rude and had terrible communication skills. He hung up on me.

Anytime a service wants to charge exorbitantly (that is not normal to the industry) for access to information  (even if this company say it is not public, but I am sure the banks want the public to know for free), buyer beware. I hope the state's real estate board come cracking down on them.

I called this number and some guy named Daniel answered and he asked me to login to www.rerentals.net and in that website I have to register. I found that guy was trying to cheat me. I asked him "where are you guys located at?" and then immediately he Hung up on me.
Beware there are several postings of this SCAM company.

I called the number. Once in the conversation. I became suspicious of the program. I told them I would have to talk to my wife and asked them the name of the company. The phone went dead.

They have stated the same thing to me and gave me another number which was located out of San Antonio and I researched the numebr and found out it was a cell phone.  The guy name is Jim and the telephone number is 210-323-8795 and this is the number I got when I called the 877-395-0320 and asked about the add posted on craigslist.  He was telling me about the no credit check and the lsit of homes they will send me for a one time fee of $199.  I got a bad feeling about it as well.  People please be aware that this is a scam and it is not true.  There is such a program called wrap around program that you can go through a realator to take over payments on foreclosed homes, but a credit check and down payment is still required.  Just to to your locate realtor and ask about the wrap around program.

This is a SCAM. They post bogus ads on Craigslist for "Rent-to-Own" homes. And by "post" I mean that they INNUNDATE the website with their garbage listings. Be wary of what seems too good to be true.

Was looking for a house to rent on Craigs list and got this number. When I called I spoke to a guy named Bob, and got a weird feeling that this is a scam to get money from people. He gave me the same line as comment above with the no credit check because foreclosed home and banks want to get rid of it. Doesn't make sense to me to have to pay 200 bucks to look for homes. Is this a sad attempt on praying on people? I am not going to risk it. I'd rather drive around, and look for rent signs in the neighborhoods I am interested in for free!
