They keep calling me about my niece.  Same name

asked rep for their address and fax number. she told me they don't have a fax.
does anyone know how to send them a cease and desist?

I got a call as well from 877-395-5093 with a claim number saying to call. I called the man was real rude saying he was trying to serve me sum papers & gave an address that I stayed at almost 5years ago. I have been to court & jail before so if they trying to serve anything thats just what they do the constables dont do all that calling hell they just show up & they have an address to locate u. They said the name of the company was Nationwide. He got upset because I wasnt listening & just said gud luck in court & hung up....

My elderly mother got a call from this number and they scared the hell out of her.  They started the call out by saying that she was listed as my emergency contact and I was in trouble.  My poor mom thought I had been injured or was sick.  She then asked the caller(named Michael) if I was at the hospital, at whcih time he told her he couldn't give her that information.  My mom realized it was a scam when he gave her a case number along with the phone number 877-395-5093.  She called him an SOB and told him not to call her back ever again.  My mother has a lot of health problems and she said he heart was beating so fast she thought she was going to pass out.  I called the number and talked with another person who could not give me any clairification on the debt and told me that they needed my address to serve me.  I told the person that if they had my phone number then they should have my address and to go ahead and serve me.  They them hung up the phone.  I really want to get these people.  What is the name of this company?

This company has called me several times in regards to a old loan I had with Vince Enterprises.  when I called Vince's to pay my loan off they told me that my loan was no longer with them and it had been sold.  Years later I'm now receiving threatening call from a 877-393-5093 telling me the same as the above comments.  I also got a call on my work phone from a 412-436-5042..  but when I try to call back says number does not accept incoming calls.  also someone called me back from this number stating that they was in homestead and they need my address to deliver me paper's.  I'm going to report to police dept because if I was being charged I would assume that I would received some sort of certified letter or something.  This sounds like fraud and I have already been a victim of identity theft.

Ffor real! they harassed me too yesterday at work! (see above post) You are right,  if they were a legitimate process server of ANY kind, they would just serve it, also they would have my home address as well if they were a true collection agency because anything I have ever applied for required the home address...............total scam!

Thats funny.,  they harrassed me at work yesterday, back to back calls using the name of amy rommell and gary webb and they also called from an 816 number which when I researched it it was came up as a st joseph mo # , I  live in kc......they won't divulge any info either and they threaten to serve papers..........they even called my ex husband whom I have ben divorced from for 12 years!!

This is a bogus company!  Please beware of the "threats" of delivering/serving documents to you are just a scare tactic.  Also, if they had a private invesigator they would not be calling to verify your residence or place of employment they would have it. Please DO NOT be intimidated and give away your personal information or any MONEY.  Contact your local police department.  Also, do not allow them to misrepresent themselves has an attorney or working for an attorney.

This place just called me and the guy claimed his name was Jeff Matthew and wanted my address to serve me papers to be charged with fraud and I laughed and asked for what and he couldnt give me any info and for me to just call the number 877-395-5093 and gave me a claim number. The place is called the Mediation Center and is totally bogus. First off if you were seving me legal documents you wouldnt call me and tell me that and then tell me to just call a different number. My address and phone number are listed in the phone book and are a matter of public records so there's no reason you cant find me idiots. They also called my parents and yelled at them who live out of state. This place did the same thing just over a year ago and I didn't know any better and thought it was real so I paid them $550 and they were spose to send me documents showing me that the issue was taken care of and I never got a single thing and researched more and found out the place was a scam. Lesson learned I guess fukn leaches!

I keep getting calls all the time, day or night. They have called at 1130p on a Monday to 635a on a Sundat!
They harass, lie, and deceive. I last received a call from 4843712016 and the guy said he was a personal locator looking for where to serve papers. I pressed fir more information and he said he didnt know the namme of the firm because the records were sealed. Then he gave me this 8773955093 number to call and a case number. Wgen I asked for more information, he got nasty and said dont worry, Im leaving the firm right now to go serve the papers. Really? Good luck. They used a 484 number because my number is 484 so I guess they thought they were smart...

First caller was looking for a relative.  The name of the one who called was "Olivia Turner".   She said that  she was looking for ... ...  I told her that ... ... did not live here and she asked for my husband who is related to ... ...    Ok - how did they know of the relation?  Second, our number is kept private - how did they get it.    

After asking this Olivia questions, she hung up without ever answering any questions.

My husband called the number that was given, along with some sort of claim number.   The woman who answered the phone was hostile and did not want to give out any info, yet she claims the original woman who called worked for her.

It is all a scam - this company is fake.  

Please call your local police and also FBI to report them.
Take down as much info as possible.

Received a call from a woman named Claire Gibson and as soon as I answered she asked me what address I wanted her to come to in order to serve some papers, told her the one on file she responded that there are a few, I said okay well the one you send the mail.  She told me she doesn't send mail and i need to contact 877-395-5093 because she assumed they contacted me.  She called me from 267-540-4113 she said she's an independent contractor but yet couldn't tell me the name of the company she's representing in order to go to people's place of residence or employment.  I thanked her and hung up, you get no info from me lady.

i have this company they call you day and nigth   for payment theirs money is all ready make and still keep call me thier nothing   butb stalkers reported with the police god bless this poor people  they have to much hungry
