Yea, I got the same thing as reported below. Only I did call and from a landline and as suspected, it never even rang. I think the US Attorney General should bring whomever this is up on charges of at least interstate fraud. Jack***es, whomever they are and I sincerely hope that Karma finds THEM soon!!

The text came from 1-646-420-9412 with below text to call this number.
"Thank you for visiting our website, to claim your $50 Target Gift card voucher, please call 877-396-4329. Reply STOP to Stop messages."
I think this is a scam since I do not frequently give out my cell number. They may wait for your reply to verify it is a cell number and then blast you with messages. If it was a landline, there would be no response.
