Do not speak to them or give them money!!!!!!!
straight up fraud case, just got a message they are coming to arrest me for bank fraud and or check fraud?
then said oh we are getting a fax right now for your arrest, then hear a fax noise in the back ground.
These are thug felons, do not even speak again to them!!!!!!!!!!!
report to ftc, and Law Enforcement asap

I got a call on my phone stating that they need to speak to me in regaurds to an upcoming case.  I needed to get back to them or have my attorney get back to them.  She also stated that I did not have a statement on file and needed to provide one.  When I called the number back it said something about Mr. Miller.  Is this a phoney number or do I need to be worried about an up coming case?  They did say something about having conflicted addresses for me, so I need to know who they are!
