Repeated calls from this number.

Its is a SCAM... They are trying to get money from those who are scared and will cave in. They have been harassing me for a few days and yesterday I made a police report and also contacted the Federal Trade Commission and my local Attorney General Office Consumer Protection Unit. Federal Trade Commission confirmed my thought. Dont fall for it they are not going to have you arrested and you are not going to court. They just want your money.

Its an ILLEGAL SCARE TACTIC - PAY NOW OR ELSE. Used when they have NO LEGAL right to collect the debt,  cannot validate as required by law and are not allowing you to DISPUTE it as REQUIRED by law!  

IF you get a call like this - the first thing is to CHECK YOUR LOCAL COURTHOUSE.  you cannot be served if they have not filed a lawsuit.

I answered a call from these people they tell me I am on q court docket and if I don't pay them 400 dollars for an outstanding debt I don't owe they are going to take my house etc. I told them the debt they are talking about has been paid and the person I spoke to called me a liar and hung up when I called back to report him the next person I spoke to wouldn't give me any information on the company or the supposed debt nor would she transfer me to a manager ithink its a scam.

This company is calling every 15 minutes. I have never done business with this company, but they don't listen. When I called and told them to stop bothering me they were downright hostile and nasty. I have contacted the do not call registry, but they don't seem to do anything with complaints.  I can't even
find out the name of this company despite my return phone calls to contact their state attorney general
with a complaint.  This is pure and simple harassment

Keep calling telling me I am on a court docket and I will be served within a few days but still have not been served, however, now I got a local number showing up that leaves a message with this number as a call back. i looked up the local number and it is a texaco gas station pay phone. What is going on?

I am the Front Desk Security Guard at a Call Center. These paople from a "Law Office" keep calling and asking for the old desk guard. She hasnt worked here for a mouth, but when I call back to tell them she no longer works here, I never get ahold of anyone.

keeps calling, leaves a blank message, who are these peole, this is a business.

Keeps calling, but never an answer when when phone is picked up.
