Got a call from this phone number.

This is a "pharmacy" calling from outside the US, do not talk to them it's the only way to keep them away.

The guy from this number called himself Rick and sounded identical to the guy posing as an FDA,DEA FBI agent.

"pharmacy" pushing illegal Rx drugs, who knows if they really send it? I just ask them if they take medical insurance, ha.

Great prices, too - like $350 for a drug you can get for $17 at walmart if you have a rx.

They ignore the  do not cal list.

They have called four times in the last two days.  Each time I have asked them to stop calling, my phone number is on the do not call registry, but obviously it doesn't make a difference.

They have called before to renew my "prescriptions" and I have told them each time that I am not taking any medications and to stop calling.

After hanging up on a very persistent telemarketer, he called me back and yelled at me, I asked to speak to a supervisor, he said no, I had to speak to him and his name was "Mike Tyson" and he knew where I lived and he was going to get me...

This goes beyond harrasment once threats are made!

These scammers call my office number several times a week now.  Simply hanging up or asking them not to call does not work as they have been calling this number for a year now.  So my new approach is to keep them on as long as possible on speaker phone.  I let them listen to me work.  Oh...and this one dude Jose, tells me that they dont accept credit cards FOR MY PROTECTION!  How bout that...dont get any more illegal than that!  I'd wager that no cc provider will work with them.   So this scumbag tells me they will send me any pain meds I want.  I tell him that I am only 13 yrs old..is that ok?  He says SURE...we have a doctor that will write you the script.  I say, "But I dont have any problems or need pain meds...but would you still send it?"....<pause>  "Yes we will still send it but we only accept money orders / western union".

Have already reported to the do not call list folks...working on filing a complaint with DEA and FBI currently

I've received several calls from this # without a message being left.  Next time, I'm going to answer it and they can say hello to my leetle friend, Mr. Air Horn.  Gosh, it'd be hard to be a telemarketer if you were deaf, wouldn't it?  Can't wait!

I got the same call sayin they would send me stuff for a cash on delivery. Is this place a total scam? Anybody ordered from them before?

When I answered a call from this number, the caller hung up without saying anything.  The call occurred July 29th, 2010 at 5:12PM Central.

Call from 877-399-2019 guy named rick.  They call me constantly.  This time he  literally said that they would send vicodin, hydrocodone and any narcotic if I just gave them a credit card.

Reported to the do not call registry but am looking into Drug enforcement action against these folks.

I just got a call from that number and looked it up and see it is a online pharmacy.  I already have another one blocked that started calling a couple of weeks ago.  I dont understand why they just start calling all of a sudden.

Does this one sound overseas or likie a call from within the states?

There is nothing you can do when you receiving telemarketers from overseas that dont care about the DO NOT CALL list.

I GOT 2 CALLS FROM JMS. BOTH TIMES I TOLD THEM I'M ON THE NO CALL LIST AND BOTH TIMES THEY STARTED CURSING AT ME. ON THE SECOND CALL THEY SAID THEY HAD MY ADDRESS AND CAN "GET" ME.
I REPORTED THEM TO THE F.B.I. FOR TERRORIST THREATS.
EVERYBODY THEY HAVE CALLED SHOULD CALL THEM BACK AND TELL THEM THEY'VE BEEN REPORTED TO THE FBI.

has been calling for over a month,  When I told him to stop calling, he said "why don't you make an order and we will stop calling"  I promptly told him to "f-ck off" and hung up.

He called me right back to say this: " you know you sound sexy when you say f-ck, I know where you live and I'm gonna come find you so you can tell me in person"

yep, what the heck do I do know.  Thats an obvious threat, right?

Unwanted pharmacy call

I received a call from a woman caller, within the hour, claiming she was with JMS Pharmacy. I submitted this phone call's information to the National Do Not Call Registry: https://www.donotcall.gov/default.aspx

With enough complaints, hopefully lousy companies like that are hit hard in the pocketbook and put out of business.

My complaint was successfully submitted. NOTE: Many of these types of cold-callers do not use a phone number that is registered or in the DNCR database (perhaps they only have land-line phone numbers?) - when that happens, your complaint cannot be submitted on that website, FYI.

I've found that by doing a Google search, using info from caller ID, can help me find out more about these callers, and if they're calling from a cell phone, in some cases.
