i got a call today as well, it is for something that I owe. I wanted to check them out and requested a letter to be emailed to me. they had bought my debt from another company and are trying to settle the account or offer me a payment arragment. I did get the email from them and i know i owe the bill, i dont think that their a scam or trying to do anything wrong. If i have any problems i will post it on here.

I received the same information regarding Anthony Dimico, number 877-400-0309. If they are a debt collection agency why don't they give the name. I have just opened a checking account and I have not had any checks bounce. Is it so hard for them to say I am from ADR  or whoever?

I actually called the number back. It's not a scam. It's an ADR organization. They handle litigation proceedings for a collection agency. Demanded that they remove my number from their list since whoever they're looking for is not associated with the number dialed. End of story.

Same information as mentioned above.  Anthony Dimico asks for me and then left me a recorded message for another woman..  claim # 53,607 no company information.  also leaves a number 877-400.0309

They just left a message on my phone stating that I need to call them and talk about a Returned Check from my financial institution??? First off I dont't have checks so I don't know why they are calling.

I got a call from 214-306-0615 it some guy named Anthony Domico. He gave ref #49249 877-400-0309 asking for someone named Melanie Thompson to return his call at 877-400-0309 due to a returned check from my financial institution. My name isn't Melanie Thompson and this Anthony Domico keeps calling my phone. I called him back today finally and he didn't answer with any company name at all. I advised him that he left his message at the wrong number and then he got a major attitude and started asking for my name which I told him was none of his business since I wasn't the person he was looking for. I asked for the name of the company and he wouldn't give it to me and told me his name was Josh after saying it was Anthony on my voicemail. I told him to remove my number from his call list and he refused, he said he would keep calling so I advised him I would look up his information and report the company for harassment. I hung up and then he called me 2 more times. I doubt he is legit but if he is he is sadly mistaken about messing with me. I work in collections and I know my state laws very well. I will continue calling and requesting his information on a recorded line and kindly hand all of it over to the Attorney Gerneral, BBB, and the FTC.

called this place. they refused to give their business name or address. i requested that information so that i can send a certified letter requesting validation and verification of the debt. the supervisor, wink wink, got on and refused to give me the business name and address. when i told him any legitimate company would give that info, i got the "we will send this on. you will get court papers processed  on you. why dont you just pay and get it over with?".. seems he wasnt interested in following the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. so i called them a scam company. he said they arent a scam as long as i pay them... its just so so so sad. this is the fourth company i will be filing on with the Colorado State Attorney Generals office.

I just recieved the same call as you guys. Anthony D'amico. he was calling me from 214-306-0615 but said to call 877-400-0309 reference number 53849. about a returned check from my financial institution. gives no other information. no company name, i love these because i ask for validation and verification of the debt owned and then i forward the information to the Colorado Attorney Generals office. that usually gets the collector a CEASE and Desist letter sent to them. so we will see what this one is about.

Actually got the call from 727-478-3210.  Anthony Demonico told me that my reference number was XXXXX and that I should call him back about a returned check from my financial institution.  Gave the number 877-400-0309.  Sounds really suspect to me...

I recieved a message on my boyfriends parents home line, asking for me by name. Three things...I dont live there.....I do'nt even know how they would associate me with his family and go through thier home number....Lastly I do not have any checks, so why would I have a returned check? He did not leave a company name only the name Anthony Demico. This is defnetly a scam!!!

I received a similar message about a returned check also. Just a scam. I don't have a checking account. Not on credit report. Turn the number in the the attorney general.

Received a phone call from 877-400-0309.  They claim to be a law office but I haven't received one piece of paper in the mail telling me who they are or what they want.    Not getting my money.
