Calls almost daily and hang up after second ring.  I have for long time received calls from filipino phone card company(s) even though I have nothing filipino about me.

call them back and have your number taken out of their system

have you done that?

Have you called them back and let them know to take your number out of their system?

That might help. Those calls may stop.

If you don't tell them your number, they wouldn't know because it automatically dialed by some machine.

I've experience this on some telemarketers. They did stop.

I get calls almost every night around 1AM (EDT).  I registered this phone #, 877.401.2632, to my cell phone and set up the sound as "mute" so that I won't wake up in the middle of night.  BUT they called me with this phone number yesterday: +877.401.2632.

This number is from "Tawag Na Direct", a filipino phone card company.  My sister-in-law in the philippines called my cell phone using one of their phone cards and now they call me on regular basis (about once a month) trying to sell me a phone card.  I have repeatedly told them to stop calling me but they persist.  This has been going on for a couple of years.  VERY annoying.

Couple times.  A few days apart.  No message.

repeated calls around 8:45PM Hawaii time. Causes my fax to trigger. Happening for 2 weeks now, almost each night.
