I was not as lucky as someof you...I went ahead and purchased "leads". I did get some emails from potential clients....none of these emails had anything to do with what my company does...so they are a complete waste...I uisually check into things much more carefully before I spend $$ but this one got by me...fortunately my mistake only cost me a couple of hundred dollars....surely these folks should be shut down. If anyone is petitioning the attorney general etc please let me know. My email is nisse1@optonline.net

Received the fax from a "Brooke" and when I called she was out @ the post office so I talked to some dude. I told him I was reading this report while we were on the phone and he couldn't believe there was a rip off report on this company. He said, "Geez, maybe I shouldn't be working here". Doing your homework on this stuff can save you money and time! People are so nieve tho. He did apologize for wasting my time:)

They contacted me via email.  Wanted $10/per lead and they said that calculated to $600/mo.  Of course they wanted it up front (and pressured that it had to be by today!!!)  They didn't know if I was qualified and was only concerned about my money.  By the way, Greg Matthews dropped the price from $600 to $450 real fast.  I kept my $450 and promised myself to write this post and to THANK OTHERS before me for doing so.  I don't know for a fact if it's a rip of or not, but sure seems like it.  If it looks like a duck, walks like a duck,  . . . way to stick together people!

I can't believe this, I have had an email go-round with Kay 877-402-2050 ext. 136 on a matter of needing qualified construction people or handymen to service their "client" in my area.

The first email came from Greg Taylor, who passed my questions to Kay.....which were not answered to my satisfaction. BTW, if anyone wishes to grab these bastards by the horns and press charges, I'm in.

Me too, what a waste of everyone's time. it took me 1 min to collect this piece of garbage off of the fax machine, 30 sec to read it, 1 min to google the number, 6 min to read all the ripoffs above and 30 sec to type this...oh and 10 sec to shred it. not to mention, the price of the toner used to print it, paper to print it on, electricity from both the fax and the shredder and most of all the cost of my AGGRAVATION-- especially in this tough market where we are all doing our best to sell homeowners insurance to the very few legitimate clients that are coming our way. 9 minutes plus for nothing. fabulous-Really, thanks a lot.

Called 877-402-2050 and Kate Jackson (who sounds very legit and friendly) told me all about how they have a bunch of buyers in my area that I only have to pay a nominal $30 fee up front for. She is tied to Pacific Choice Lending Network and their website looks good. Don't believe it.

received a fax with no identifying information from susan Haley at 877-402-2050. Called to ask questions. Got a Barry on the phone who was slightly rude. Had me go to yahoo and visit their website. They told me they get 26 leads a day in Floridafor home insurance. $15 lead. Must sign a contract for one month of leads at $1500. Payable by check. No credit cards taken. Asked for referrences. Got phone numbers of 2 other agents... both bad bad reception on cell phone.. no office number.  No websites for these agents... Wow... What a scam!

I wish there was a way to put these people out of business... I called them back at my bosses request, talked to "Susan Haley" who transferred me to "Greg" who acted like he was really busy and that my call was annoying him, ha.  He then asked how long we had been in business, I told him and he said they only work with companies 5 years or older, ha.  Then he asked me to take a look at their crappy website which looks like it was made by a 2nd grader...and call him back if I was interested in working with them.  I then googled the name Pacific Choice Lending Network and saw a million rip-off reports pop up.  These people are scum.  Don't deal with them.  Don't burn up hard earned money for a bunch of scammer rip-off artists.  I wonder what the Chinese government would do to a company like this if they were ripping off companies over there...  Not sure I would want to no. "Greg" and "Susan" if you get a chance to read this...F*** You.

Received an email response to a Craigslist ad with this contact number, for Pacific Choice, theoretically looking for subcontractors for clients with home improvement and handyman needs "in your area" (my boyfriend had posted handyman & home repair services on the local site).  I googled the number and found this site - glad we checked!

Recieved a call today from Angie Howell with first time buyers waiting for an agent. All were pre-qualified, and when I asked about the dollar figure they would be purchasing, she responded with around $200k. I haven't had a 200k first time buyer in 6 years of being an agent. Most in our area are around 75 to 125K. Think I'll pass on this one.

They also send faxes. The best way to know it is a scam is that they don't follow the rules. Faxes cannot be sent without the number they are coming from clearly identified. Just throw them out! It is illegal for them to send to you this way. Do you want to do business with a company that breaks the law?

I also received an email from Kate Jackson from Pacific Lending Network and called the number 1-877-402-2050.  Being a realtor, she told me she had some preapproved people who were looking for homes in the area I am in. She told me her fee for each application was $30 up front and she would send me the information on each client for me to contact and find a home for and close.  Sounded WAY TOO GOOD to be true, so I looked up company and was referred to this site.. Thanks so much...

Cleaning out junk faxes - received one from Susan Haley 877-402-2050 PCL Network - no header on who it is from, no date anywhere on the fax sheet, the "to", "from", etc left blank.

Faxes like this always go in the trash.  We do not do business with people who do not properly identify themselves from the get go.

I too received a FAX from Pacific Choice.  A hand-written message from Allison Sullivan at the (877) 402-2050 number, stating "I have clients in your area who are in need of insurance.  Please contact me if you can help them."  When I called a Barry Roberts answered and over a few weeks I was able to acquire the name and phone number of an insurance agent (in Texas) who SAID she was being relatively successful with writing HO3 policies for these Pacific Choice clients.  Barry started by wanting me to sign up for $2,400 per month for 200 leads...but, over a period of a month, or two, he dropped the number of leads AND the required "deposit" down to $500.  The economy being what it is, I never did go with this "scam" and only today decided to call their 877-402-2050 number to find that it was a leased phone number...and this was obviously MY LUCKY DAY that I did NOT go along with Barry's very convincing proposal.

I drug it out for a couple weeks and he was pretty consistent on follow up.;...I finally did buy leads and got a few "leads" but they were not meeting what I requested.
The next issue was they charged me and told me it was monthly and I signed a contract for monthly charges and I had not at 1200/mo.
I ended up with about 30 leads but 29 did not meet the criteria.
I asked them to stop sending them until they figured things out and she said in January that they woudl start again.,...well nothing when I called time and again until a Mary called me back in mid feb and told me she was on it and I would have leads soon....she would call me march 2-3rd to confirm everything as they wanted to make sure they had the leads I needed flowing well by then.
Nothing, nothing....so I called and no answer...and then I found all the ripoff scam reports.
NOT NICE!!
