Got the same message I think their people scamming American again specially Filipino they have so many telephone scams in their like India ........ And a simple suggestion people don't ever buy tmobile Togo the worst prepaid company ever

What the heck is this?  Charging $9.99 a month when I didn't even subscribe to Solow.  I'm glad I checked my messages and saw this.  Texted back to them and cancelled.

I was gullible enough to click on a Dairy Queen Facebook ad advertising a free birthday blizzard. It took me to an official-looking Dairy Queen page and had me fill out a questionnaire and even said there was 4 of these coupons left in my city (which was actually named, thanks to location services) and led me to another page asking for a PIN. It texted me the PIN and only had 160(?) seconds to enter it and it counted down. I thought this was weird, but thought it was to make sure there wasn't an inactive user on the page. I entered the PIN from the first line of my text and it asked for another one with another 160 seconds. I stopped there because why would you need two? I looked at the texts and it said I was signed up for $9.99 for a SoLow Elite game.

I called T-mobile and they help stop the content and I called the number and canceled with the automated service. I called back and confirmed with a representative, who also put me on a block list.

I also sent a message to Dairy Queen Corporate Offices about their business brand being used to trick people.

I was out of the country  when t-mobil said I downloaded something for 9.99 t-mobil would not do anything but give me there # 877-402-3687 they called the company "send me mod" I called send me mod and they only asked me for a personal info? Like I am giving these guys any personal info they already stole 9.99 from me!  Called t-mobil back to cancel service- they were fast to refund me then!!!

I get called everyday~! I looked up the area code it is a reverse charge number. With 877 the charges are paid for by the party who is called instead of the caller. Check it out cut and paste this into your browser

this scam is done by a local phone service to collect fees for every one that picks up. They don?t need to say a word its long distance charged to your cell phone bill!!!

I called the number and they have agreed to send full refund on 140 as my son's phone has been charged $5 a week since march 2011. Has anyone out there ever actuallly recieved the refund? They answered right away and seemed to comply with my request. Lets see what happens.  Total scammers.

Well, I've notice last couple of days I was getting very annoying text messages on my phone. Than I realized, I have been charged $9.99 x 2lines for the last 2 months.
So I called my carrier "Sprint". Talked to customer service and trasferred me to her manager. They simply reverse charged for the last 2months and also block all future and unauthorize third party charges.

I have got messages from your company and bell charges me for 30$.Please stop calling me or sending any message as it is illegal. this going to last 2 months so i need refund for $60 and also refund for my time and dissatisfaction resulted from actions of the company with number 1877-402-3687.

This one has been charging my 12-year-old kid for a service I blocked out through T- Mobile. After calling T-Mobile, it was credited back to me so I didn't have to pay. However, this company continue to send text message to my kid and charged me. So I filled a complaint directly to BBB and got official reply from BBB that they have accepted my case and currently contacting that company.

I do not want this text to me. It is costing me money. I have replied many times to ask them to stop.

I starting getting these e-mails after downloading something for free.  This is why many older people do not trust the internet or cell phones.

I told them my number was on the do not call list, and how are they texting me... she said I am not in the system because I don't have an account... So I pressed on and said that I did not care about that, that I needed to report them for calling people on the do not call list and immediately she said she will remove my number from their list.

I just called 8774023687 from my land line went through the options to speak to an operator and asked the operator to remove my cell number from their distribution list.  A second later I received a cancellation text.  Hopefully this will stop the random text from this co.

Call the 877 number they provide in their text. The first option is to cancel your service. Simply press 1, then enter your phone number and the pound sign.

Hey, guys! I figured out who this is! These guys are frauds somewhere who are bugging cell phones and charging 9.99 a month for these fraud games. It seems they text EVERYONE sorry, you lost' but still charge everyone. These hackers need to be brought to justice!

I did not subscribe to anything and I got a $9.99 charge from this number AND they charged me ANOTHER $9.99 to take me off their list!

I called Tmobile and they told me to do send a text to just 23687 and simply put stop as the message.  

Said something like the 23687 in their code number and the text is reassurance for Tmobile to tract these calls if they reoccur because federal guidelines state the calls must stop once the text has been sent back.  They also credited my account.

This number was attached to multiple text messages from 236-87.  Was connected to an "IQ Test" on FaceBook that listed several friends as participants.  There are fraud reports of the number and scam that bills your wireless carrier for $9.95 a month.  Appears that they use your response to establish a monthy account for some type of game.  Other fraud report sites indicate charges on cell bill for "Premium Text" or auction, etc.  Contact wireless carrier and block bill or have them deman refund.

I may be able to help you all get your money back.  My wife and I went through the same thing just this very week.  When you call your carrier to ask them what the "premium text message" is, they will tell you that they can only direct you to the website of the "program" that you signed up for.  Well, as we all know, that "program" is not a legitimate service that you signed up for, and it is offered by Solow.com.  Well, if you go to their site, and look all over, they only offer email communication, or a single phone number.  When you call this number, you choose your carrier and are directed straight to voicemail.  I left an EXTREMELY angry message informing them that they had 24 hours to respond, offering me a full refund, or I would:

1. Contact the State Attourney General.
2. File a fraud charge with the FCC through Verizon and
3. Retain an attourney and take them to small claims court.

They promptly contacted me back and offered me a full refund, as well as the secret, unpublished number that you can call to actually speak to a real person...

Again, that gets you to a line where you can SPEAK TO A REAL PERSON!!!  Simply choose your carrier, then press ZERO to speak to a real person.  The woman that answered with me told me that she would only be able to give me back $9.99, rather than the full $29.97, which I believe is just part of the "script" that the call center representatives read.  I told her that was unacceptable, and that they would be issuing me a full refund immediately.  She put me on hold for about 2 minutes, then came back on and took down all of my information to mail me a check for the complete amount: $29.97.  I hope that this helps you all, and PLEASE, spread the actual customer service number around as much as you can so that we can overload their call center and force them to hire more people, thus making this business practice no longer profitable.

Had the same problem as Mo did. I let them know in an email that I wanted my money back before i let IC3 or another government agency know about their practices
