THIS WAS FROM A PHONE NUMBER OF 877.462.9507 they probably changed their number from the previous 800 number bc upon mentioning that it's a scam he asked about this site and said that it's not the same number.

I received a threatening voicemail from a woman telling me to call back w/in 72 hours or my file will be turned in for legal processing action. I called and spoke to a woman at ext 106 who told me I owed $400+ to US Bank from 2008. I informed her I do not owe any money to any banks and she told me that they are going to dispute this legally, I told her fine bc I don't owe it. I called back to get the company name, address and lawyers name when I was transferred to a Mr. "Fred Chandler" at ext 102 in the "legal department". After going back & forth telling him I do not owe nor will I pay, he told me a "friend upstairs" owed him and he can get the price reduced. I again told him it doesn't matter bc I don't owe it. He then tells me he can 3-way call US Bank for me to talk to them about the charges, I happily agreed to call w/him..after sitting on hold with an automated operator saying the hold time will be 10+ mins I did a google search and found this website showing that AJD Processing is a scammer. I told him I know this is a scam and to never call me again and hung up. I'm also reporting this to the BBB. I hope these people get shut down, what a group of terrible people.

scammers 8774629507. They tried calling me today to try and get me to send a payment for something they said i owe. When I ask for them to send me the documents, they sent me an email saying you owe money. The guy name is FRED. NO MONEY COMING FROM ME.

Called for my brother stating FRAUD. I did what needed to be done to help before my sister found this site. SAME DAY!! I called to cancel my payment plan & they REFUSED! stating it could NOT be done due to the file already being sent to the Attorneys office. when I requested the Attorneys name & # so I could get a copy of my brothers file, they beat around the bush then said they didn't have it then finally said they couldn't give it out.  When ever I asked questions they would change subjects or just not answers or come up with a lame excuse as to why they couldn't do it! Does anyone know of a way to stop this? or stop my payments since they refuse to?!  No one now a days can afford to just BLOW money like this with these people! I know I sure cant!!!  
they are using real existing company's names to defraud people!! that's so LOW!!!

Please be careful of these people they will tell you anything! I paid $750.00 to one of these people a year ago, because I thought it was a debt not included in my Bankruptcy filed 5 years ago( The person told me is was ineterst and collection fees). I recieved nothing in return no receipt no paid in full letter as promised I was getting a new house and was afraid that it would hurt me getting my house. When I tried to contact them about it they switched to a different number! This supposed debt showed up nowhere! Do Not verify anything with them!! It will just get you more calls from different numbers claiming the same thing. I have tried to get them to stop but I think now i am on the list of Call This one she is stupid and will pay!  They stopped for a while but today they are back!!! They called work because my number changed!  They block their number so noone knows who they are and the number they call from cannot be traced or blocked. Expecting them to follow the law is a waste of time and will bring you nothing but frustruation just ignore them best you can. Good Luck! I received a call from this number today threaten with a bench warrent. They didn't give me mini Miranda rights, told me they couldn't give any documentation on the account. I didn't even receive a case number.

Capital Mitigation Mr Kennedy,  called our home phone today requesting my husband by first name only. I stated that he was working and asked to take a message. Mr Kennedy stated my husband had committed some fraud and that this was urgent. He gave me a case # and said I needed to have him call asap. First of all, I know we have committed no fraud nor ever dealt with bs companies that would hire such a joke to act for them. BEWARE THIS IS A JOKE

This so called 'company' has called several times. I ignored them until they called my mother. 'Mr' Robison actually ID'd himself as 'Sgt' Robinson freaking her out. I finally called them back to today. I'm sure they did not expect the tirade I let loose on them. I have proof that the bill they say I owe is paid. Some other 'company' tried this on me a few months ago. After him trying to BS me trying to speak in what he thought was legal terminology....I told him fine....I want a copy of the original signed contract which I have a right to ask for.....he tried to tell me I didn't. After calling a few more of his bluffs he finally hung up on me! I hope its good ridence to bad rubish!

so if you call and say that you are the person they are looking for they do not confirm your identity in any way. They explain the reason for the call. I asked for this supposed social security number they have on file and they just straight up gave me somebody's social!!!!! Sketchy and scary that these people have our information!!!

These people have been randomly calling for months looking for a family member. At first I would ask why they're calling and they would tell me nothing, but now they telling details about "an investigation". Shady people, shady business. Do not provide these scammers with any information.

So I was listed as a reference for a friend. Three weeks ago I received my first call from Mr. Robinson. The voicemail he left stated he was conducting an investigation on my friend and I was listed as a contact reference. I was polite enough to call him back and told him that I have not had contact with my friend for several years and I would try to get the message to him. I did not hear anything from him or AJD Processing until November 1, 2012. Received 2 calls again from Mr. Robinson and another individual, Fred Chandler. November 2, 2012, a female caller left a voicemail again for my friend. Today I called back and spoke with Mr. Robinson. I explained what I did to help him out and was professional and polite during our conversation. He thanked me for my attempt and said that he'll remove my number from the case. I'll just have to wait and see how long that removal will last.

My husband and I have recently filed chapter 13 bankruptcy and my husband has received several calls at work that not only violate bankruptcy laws but also federal privacy laws from " Fred" at this office. Fred has told my husband's employer everything about the "pending charges" and that he is being " investigated". Its really fun when your boss ( owner of the company) pulls you in his office and just wants to have a chat with you to make sure everything is ok! They will stop at nothing. Our lawyer is not happy with this and we plan on filing harassment charges and reporting them for violating federal and bankruptcy laws.

Got calls on my cell with no message and now calls at my job from this number talking about an investigation and possible garnishment--not calling these people because i owe no one

This person name Mr.Robinson & Bill Fast have been calling my employment harassing me & make threats that i owe & they will do anything & everything to collect they also release personal info to my co-worker & nows knws my business i work for a big a company so we have multi phone lines around the state & this AJD Processing Company is calling any where from 5 to 10 times a day i will proceed w/harassemnts charges & we then see who will owe who.....

Mr. Robinson called me and my mother in law today, asking both of us information on the whereabouts of my ex sister-in-law. He was very polite, didn't ask me for any info after I told him I hadn't seen her in 10 years, and told me he would remove me from their calling list. On the message he'd left before I returned his call, he told me he was conducting an investigation on my ex sister-in-law, and left a case number to reference.

Mr. Robinson has called people in my family, my uncles, parents, brother, and my best friend that lives in Chicago which I have not seen in over 10 years.  What do these people want?????What gives them the right to look up everyone I know and call and bother them.

It's a debt collector.

On August 7, 2012, someone named Ms. Bea from 1-877-402-5086, called my elderly parents looking for my ex-sister in law, stating there was a lawsuit against her. Mrs. Bea stated that the ex sister in law lives in North Carolina, which she does not nor has she ever lived in North Carolina. "Mrs. Bea' said she was calling from AJD processing.  There is a ajdprocessing.com address but the website is nothing more than a skeleton saying the site is "coming soon"  THIS IS A SCAM.  DO NOT ENGAGE IN CONVERSATION WITH THESE PEOPLE. PLEASE REPORT THESE PEOPLE.

On August 30, 2012 someone by the name Mr. White state that I solicite a loan over the Internet and they have alot of my personal information. Please report this people they call and they are SCAMMERS PLEASE BE CAREFUL

This company has called attempting to reach my daughter. They called on July 18th and left a voice mail on our home phone, her cell phone, and her grandparents phone. The message stated they were calling regarding a civil complaint. My daughter called them back and they stated they were trying to collect a bad check written to a gas station and that they had sent her three letters regarding this matter. She asked them for the name of the gas station and the address for where they had sent the letters. The told her the gas station was in Mississippi and the address where the letters were sent was in MIssissippi. She told them she had never visited Mississippi much less lived there. They didn't ask her to provide any personal information but asked her a lot of yes or no questions. Such as was her birthdate in October 1985, etc. She became suspicious and didnt give them any personal information. I think they thought if they gave her a wrong birthdate she would correct them and give them her real date of birth. After a while of her answering no to all their questions, they said well we must have the wrong person. They have called our home number and that of her grandparents again on July 28th. Please beware if you receive a call from them that this is a SCAM.
