Called at 2pm ET (10am Alaska time) and didn't leave a message. I no longer live in Anchorage but still have my old cell phone number from there. GCI was my cable company when I lived there.

Claimed to be my cable company which is GCI Cable in Anchorage, AK and offered a STARZ movie channel upgrade package. However I was getting unlisted calls a few months back from a different number that claimed the same thing trying to sell me a movie upgrade package for a few cents and when I called GCI's main customer service line I was informed that this was actually a known scam where some unscrupulous individuals were trying to get GCI customer's credit card info.
Be wary! GCI Cable does not make calls like this. Especially to customer's cellphones!
