I have been with this firm since Feb 2013 and was told it would only be 6 months.  They sent me settlement letters and I contacted the company to see if it was indeed paid.   They confirmed it was.  But, now all of a sudden, all of the money that was suppose to be in my savings they were holding, is being depleted.  They told me they get 20% of what the settlement is.  What are they doing.

tell those companies to send it to you in the mail.  Never give them information.  Ask them what company do they represent and who are they claiming you owe. Then tell them, since they have your information, to mail the complaint to you.  Also,  get as much information as you can from them and turn the table, threaten them. by law they are not to contact you on your job or phone.  Tell them you will report them to the FCC.  See if they call you back.  We need to shut these idiots down.

Ok I have been working with these people for a couple months now.   They have been helping me and working with me in a way that I can afford to pay off my debt.   But I keep getting calls from other numbers saying I owe money on another account and it's the same thing as I'd wrote a bad check and they would be sending out a suit and had investigators determining my employment.   I don't know what to do.  I just want to get my debts paid

The company is a complete scam they took my money and never paid my creditors...They call you up and have no information about any of my creditors all the know is that i took out a payday loan and say that they can get me a 30% settlement on all my outstanding accounts.  Its a complete SCAMMMMM they been taking 200 a month for last 4 months and havent make 1 settlement....Do not do business with BLUERIDGE they will SCAM you too..goodluck guys

THAT IS RUDE, THEY CALLED ME SCREAMING LIKE LUNATICS, TELLING ME ALL OF THIS CRAZY S*** ABOUT CHARGES AND LAW SUITS !! THIS IS SUCH BULLS***!! Ive been infiltrating "Blueridge "law" Group" for 3 months now and im just uncomfortable with the  illegal nature of everything that this "consolidation company" does...SCAM is an understatement I've never seen an organization that breaks most if not all the laws for debt collection ..when i saw how they aquire there accounts i had enough DO NOT WORK WITH THIS "COMPANY"!!! They will drain your account and fear monger you until they have your information....looks like the cats out of the bag now ...good luck f*ckers

they are a scam i was in the bathroom the locator told me to get out and grab a pen or shell be there in 20 mins to give me a court summons and she started making fun of my name also which isnt proffesional

The most ignorant, unprofessional  people I have ever spoken to.  Aside from the fact that when I went into my agreement with them, they did NOT take care of it. I'm still receiving phone calls at work, and i still owe! where did my money go? DO NOT TRUST THEM. THIS IS A SCAM.

This company is complete bullsh*t!  They need to show valid proof of debt and shouldn't be calling your job or threatening you. FDCPA laws apply and that's complete harassment!

these people are f****, I told them my dad was in the hospital and they still were saying they were gonna serve him.  They are going to do nothing, I'll kick the locators a**.  Don't fall for it, just stealing your money.

I have worked with these people for 2 months I was making payments to resolve some payday loans that I had accumulated.  I paid several payments then I read where this blueridge law group does not help consumers pay off these debts.  They rack of these attorneys fees that are not stated in the contract to keep you paying for several months maybe even years.  I cancelled my contract and they told me that 95% of the money that I've already paid has went to attorney fees.  That is not consumer friendly and they do not advertise themselves as getting paid first and we pay your debts off later.

877-410-0029 Person calling stating his name first was peter . He is harrassing me stating that I owe Cash Advance USA monies for a payday loan that I defaulted on. He has all of my id info. When I asked for their number directly to contact them and resolve this he gave me 877-410-0029 which he answered when I called under the same name of ellen, dumbass!!! The 877-410-0029 appears to be an pak mobile phone when I looked it up. This is a scam so beware. He actually emailed me a document with the , when I asked if that is who he worked for because it was what was on the letter he would not say, of course that was after I identified myself as a Gov employee and advised that I was indeed going to report him.
