Annoying calls won't stop....

Called and sell they were a cemetary wanted name and phone number.  I left a message for tthem not to call again.

At least one call a day for last 3 weeks, sometimes more than 4 a day.  We do not answer since we recognize the number.  No messages left on machine.  I am losing my mind just knowing if I try to nap or am ill the phone will be ringing.  I am on the DNC list and wish this could be stopped.

Call from this number yesterday, 11/29 at 9:32 AM and again just now, 11/30 at 5:12 PM. This time they left a message which said, "If you have any questions, call us at 888 694-2214." Questions about what, I wonder. I don't answer "unavailable" anyway.

Call from this number at 9:38 AM on Friday Nov 18. I never pick up "unavailable" calls. They are still a nuisance, though, especially if you are waiting to hear from someone and all you get is this sort of rubbish.

Calls several times a day. Never leaves a message.

We have a blocking program on our current in home phones and I have blocked this number so it only rings once. But the caller ID shows and, out of curiosity, I started keeping a record of how many times this phone number rings in: In May 2011 - 3 times; in June - 13 times; and so far in July - 9 times.

They call about twice a week at different times, never leave a message. I just ignore it. I'm on the national donot call list and the state donot call list. Doesn't seem to help.

I've kept track of how many times this number has called in the last 3 months -- 21 times. We've blocked them on our phone, but they keep calling.

ON vacation last week and received a dozen calls from this number 877-410-0174.  I also am on the no call obviously "NO GOOD CALL" list.  What good is it?
Even the 3 credit raking agencies can sell your information to insurance companies and it's allowed!!!
How do we make it stop?

(877) 410-0174 called my home phone at 2:01p.m on Thursday, June 23 2011. At first I could hear a dull whisper and talking in the background and then it seems they put the phone down, and then a minute later they hung up. I'm kind of creeped out.

According to other websites this is a cemetery telemarketer.  I just got a call from this number and went looking for info and found this.

The caller left no message.

Hang-up and click.  Dial back to number gave tones and "your call did not go through ..." message.

called my mother claiming that they were going to build a mausoleum over the top of her plot. She finally said that someone had called a few days earlier and she had given them information on the plots, as well as the cemetery name. They called back again, this time using the name of the cemetery in the caller ID with a local number of the same. Beware..............At least when it came down to the $$, she refused to pay what they wanted.

I usually do not pick up calls from "Toll Free Service" but I have had several in the past week.  I picked up and a woman said she was updating info for Crown Hill Cemetery and wanted to make an appointment for me to go to the cemetery on Saturday, 4/16 to help them update my file information.  I told her that it takes me over an hour to get there and I could not do that.  She then said she would make an appointment for me at 12:15 pm on Saturday for someone to call me and update my info over the phone.  This is just WRONG!  If the cemetery needs info they should make this call not some telemarketer.

Phone # 877- 410-0174 called my house at 4:57PM Wednesday March 30, 2011. I screen Telemarketer calls but when my answering machine picked up, the caller on the other line didn't realize it and was carrying on their own conversation with ? a co-worker or? they said "somebody sprayed something and it really stinks" then you could hear the phone being ? maneuvered and they hung up with out leaving a message.

Same occurrence as "hatescammers" - phone rang and no one there but clicking...called back for a message with a cemetery.  I am also on the do not call list but still got this call.

Another call from this number.  When I answered, a real person (female English speaking) asked for me by my correct name. . . could I meet with someone on Monday or Tuesday to update my information for the cemetary?  I stated, "I don't know how you got my information, but I want to be removed from your list."  "Oh, you don't own open spaces in Evergreen Cemetary?"  "No."

A Google search lists an Evergreen Cemetary in Cottageville, WV.

I registered a third time on the DO NOT CALL LIST.  (It's not working)!!!!

When I answered a call from  877-410-0174, there was just clicking sounds.  I called the number back and an automated female voice stated I had reached the cemetary customer service telemarketing line.  If I wished to be placed on the DO NOT CALL list, please leave my full name and phone number and a representative would get back to me.  A reverse phone look-up produced the results of NO SUCH NUMBER.

I have registered twice on the National DO NOT CALL list, but continue to receive a minimum of one unwanted call per day from a scammer or telemarketer.
