ISD GROUP 877-410-0773 making empty threats. These are bottom feeder bill collectors that are making calls which come across on the caller ID as "Private Caller"  what the idiots don't realize is that it is agains the law for a bill collecter to place collection calls as an anonymous caller.

I have gotten the same message and the have gotten very rud when you call the number back

Got a message from this number saying that they are going to deliver some legal papers to me at my job or home.  And that I have been served.  I believe that it is a bill collector.
