They called my job again today but from a different number leave me the hell alone whoever you are just forget it you are not getting money out of me!!!!!!

they called my job numerous of times today telling my coworkers that i am in legal trouble and that my job is jeperdy his name is john d clark

I receved calls this number.con tact in my work.idont understand why the police itsnocontrol for t hispeople

So I get this phone call from Daniel Smith, he says the police are coming to arrest me. I am at work, I talk to this guy taking down all the information that he is giving me and fax info to him. He wants me to send him money and so on. As I sit here thinking about this, I didn't do this so why are they coming after me? I call the local sheriff's office and yes it is a scam so sorry Mr. Daniel Smith with the fax no 1-800 -316-8023 your not getting my money.  THEY DON'T  ARREST YOU FOR NOT PAYING YOUR BILLS!! but this one I didn't do.

If these subjects continue calling  and harassing you call your local police department ( NON EMERGENCY NUMBER)  and just tell them you don't need an officer to respond (unless you feel your life is in jeopardyor safety compromised ) you would just like to make them aware of it - have them generate a basic CAD call for service,have it  attached to your address. Give the dispatcher the number they are calling from and name of subject who is harassing you and/or threatening you with imprisonment or arrest or whatever their ploy is.
The time and date they called and any identifiers such as callers nationality,what company they represent , if he or she identified any of your specifics ( family members, co workers, kids ) anything that is not generally known facts or posted on something - facebook twitter ect. Check your credit report and or add a watch/ fraud alert to it. It's generally free .

He said is name was Jack the first time an on this last msg he said his name is Oscar Bates. I'm going to do a little skip tracing on them and then I will give an update on what I find because they need to be held responsible fraud just like any normal person would have to be.

I got the same msg as all of you and i still have the last three they sent me on my vm. What do you do? How do you report someone working over seas or are they in the U.S.? I want them to stop calling me its so darn frustrating. And I'm wondering if they have my ss what can they acually do with it? Should I call the credit bureau and let them no that someone has it? I got the same message from this number: stating that i owed them money and if i don't get an attorney right away i might get in trouble. They wished me luck and they have my social security number!

Got a call from same number left voicemail saying that if I didnn't contact them then good luck. They also called my work and was rude to my fellow workers. How do I stop these calls?

My husband got a voicemail from this person calling himself "Chris Wright." The guy had a very strong middle eastern or indian accent, and we could barely understand him at first, but he threatened my husband in the voicemail, and then, when my husband called him back, he wouldn't give any info about what they were calling for. So he called back again after they hung up on him and they answered with, "Hang on you son of a b---h." And he could hear the guy talking to some lady, threatening her and telling her she needed to deposit $300 into their account RIGHT NOW or there would be big trouble for her.

The third call back, my husband handed me the phone so I could hear for myself. I clearly heard a heavily-accented voice say, "Hang on, son of a b---h." I said, "Excuse me?" And then he said, "No, you're not a son of a b---h, your a daughter of a b---h."

Wow. Way to get us to give you our money we don't have to give.

I am being harass by this number on a regular basis, stating I owe them past due money and the company (US Cash Advance) will be sueing and garnishing my wages. I did not apply for any long loan with this company.
