I received the box today and wrote my attorney general and cancelled the cdedit card to avoid future charges. I was told from the credit card company that the reason they want you to call the 1-877-417-2511 number on the box is that it is their way of proving you received the order. The credit card company also gave me the phone number and name from the company making the charge and it was WU-YI weight loss company and they said they had no record of anyone with my name or that they ever charged anything to that credit card. The credit card company's fraud division is looking into this and I was told not to open the box or send it back until I hear from them.

Ok, so we all got this junk.  Where did they get our info?  If I don't send it back what happens?  Anybody know anything except they got a box in the mail and the 1-877-417-2511 number?  I pretty sure they don't have my card numbers or bank account numbers.  I'm in MN where is everyone else?  Did anybody actually get charged for this stuff?

I just received the WU-YI tea in the mail. I did not order it.
I opened the box big mistake? (on the box it says do not open until
you call this number 1-877-417-2511). I didn't call the number, instead
I looked it up on-line and found it is a scam!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I took the package back to the post office and was informed the
they could do nothing about this. I even had to pay to return this
crap...When i got home i looked on the web site again and found a contact
number 866-449-5567, I talk to some bonehead, he ask me my name and I gave it to him, he than ask me for my account#, I told him that I do not
have an account, because I have never order anything from them, he then told me that maybe someone else used my credit card and if I gave him my credit card # he could see if I had an account. I asked him why he need
my credit card #, when he had my name. He responed that he didn't know how
to spell my name. So, spelt my name for him and he told me that I didn't have an account with them. I asked if they shipped this product from 3600 Army Post Road, Des Moines, Iowa, he informed my they did. I ask him how
could it be that i recieved this package and had no account. He said that someone used my credit card, order this crap and then sent it to me.

Received a package today...same scam...same phone number.  Found website online sent email refusing package and contacted phone number from that website and left a message without leaving my phone number, just my name.  Contacted the BBB of Iowa and FTC and filed complaints at both.  Also canceled possible card they may try to charge. My unsolicited package came from Des Moines, Iowa from Army Post Distribution Center, 3600 Army Post Road. Suggest filing complaints against these scammers thru the BBB and FTC.

I received the same thing after a bogus charge appeared on my credit card for $4.95 for this company. I never ordered the stuff. This company is a low life scammer. I have cancelled my credit card and will be refusing this package and giving it back to my mail carrier tomorrow. This is mail fraud. Someone needs to put this company out of business.

Thank you for posting about this.  I received a package in early December and never ordered it and didn't know what to do and just put it to the side, but today I received yet another package and now this is worrying me, because I never ordered this junk and have no agreement with the company.  I contacted my state's attorney general tonight by email.  I hope to send out that certified letter tomorrow asking for a prepaid mailing label to send this junk back.  How can they get away with this harassment?  Jeez.

I got an unsolicited package from these scammers and notified my state attorney general's office.  They advised me to send a certified letter to the return address to request a paid mailing label to return the product.  They have two weeks to do this and after that if they have not sent me anything, I can dispose of the product.  What a pain in the neck!  Especially this time of year when people may unwittingly open a parcel without noticing the stupid phone number to call!  I don't have time for this garbage!  Please notify your state attorneys general, so maybe we consumers can put an end to this unethical and deceptive practice!

I also received a package. I did not open it. I received it on 12/17/08.
As of 12/18/08 I have returned the package through the postal service. I did  write down the phone number and the company. I am now searching the internet on it. I do not plan on phoning the number for I am afraid that I will be charged something through my checking account. That's it.

Wow, I got the same thing and thought I was going crazy 'cause I know I didn't order this.  But if we didn't order it then how do they charge us the cost?  I returned mine just as they tell you to on the web site. We'll see what happens, I just did it today.

At 2:10pm today, December 09, 2008, I received a package from USPS labeled Wu-Yi Source.  I suppose it contains some herbal slim tea.  I have not opened it though.  Therefore I am not sure of its content.

On the package, I was to call this number 1-877-417-2511 for more information before opening the package.  I called the number and the recorded message is about how effective the tea is and that if after using it for a month, I dont see any effect, I should call 718-569-1619 (I tried calling the number but it seems to be out of order) for more information.  It also informed that the slimming program takes three months and it cost $300.
I wish to state here that I never placed this order.  I am sure this is a scam.
Please help track down these people.
