Problem is asking a telemarketer to not call anymore they might as well quit their job. That is one of the worst jobs there is and in some ways I do feel sorry for people that have to resort to this type of job because they can't get something better. What I do resent are the phone scams that are going on all the time. They have made it really difficult for the legitimate telemarketers out there trying to sell goods and services to people. Making cold calls isn't much better than having to go door to door. It really sucks. Sometimes when I'm in a really good mood I'll talk to one of these folks and tell them a joke or two and that really makes their work day so much better. I think a lot of people forget just how hard a job like this really is.

Yes, that is correct. We have received calls from them every now and then because my husband wanted to get some info. He is a disabled veteran and has Fribro- Myalgia really bad and I have spinal stenosis with degenerative disk disease in my back as well as arthritis which is especially bad in my knees. We would love to have one of these set ups in our bathroom but they are so damn expensive. It seems like everything for disabled people is very expensive. I recently learned that you cannot get a power chair for free if you have Medicare which I don't yet. I will be eligible next year. Medicare requires you to pay a certain percentage of the cost and then it has to be one that "they" recommend. Not everyone has a bunch of money socked away in an IRA or regular savings account. I opted for a hot tub that I can use when the weather is nicer as it was way cheaper. I only wish I could have figured out a place to set it up to use during the winter but then the heating bill probably would wind up being too high.

They call me like 5 times a day...I never ask for any information..I don't know from were they got my number.

Just received another call from this number message but was blank message...

This number (unknown name) calls several times a week, and leaves no message on my machine.   Once or twice i have picked up if i am home, and there doesn't seem to be anybody there.  I am tired of this.

Repeated  calls from this number. Hangs up when I answer.

told premier 5 times not interested - and to remove me from calling list

This is my second posting on this number.  Since the last posting, I downloaded a free Android app called "Call Control" and used it to block this number and 206-319-9774 which is also Premier Bath telemarketers.  In the last few days, the software has blocked 14 calls from these two numbers!  I only wish I had discovered this software before the last election.

same thing happened here. I filled out the form for a brochure but never got it. They just call 3-4 times a day. This has been going on now for more than a year. I am so tired of the calls. I answered once and politely asked them to stop calling and send the brochure. My request fell on deaf ears.

If you do not stop calling me, I will sue. This harassment is against the law.

I get at least a call a day from this number, even though I answered once and told them that we had already remodeled the bathroom and didn't need a walk-in tub.  What pests...they've called so often that I have their number memorized and just don't answer it.

Because I Gave That Company My Phone Number For A Walk-In-Bath On A Survey, But Im 17, So Im Not An Elderly!

They get around the 'Do Not Call' list (which is a COMPLETE joke, anyway) by saying; "Someone there contacted us about a walk-in tub?"... I am a professional tennis player. I don't need a walk in tub.

More complete cold-call BS, but as the economy worsens (No, Harriet, it is NOT "getting better"), the more desperate sellers and manufacturers will become.

Get used to it, folks, since there are NO deterrents in calling, people are grasping at straws, and 'Auto Reject' - at least on my phone, simply lets it go to voicemail, and they now leave a hang-up 'recording', I believe, just to annoy you. I was hoping I could find a carrier that says; "This customer does not accept calls from this number", but I was dreaming.

Besides, all they'd do is call from another number, which many do, when I have added a block on the call.

It's pretty hopeless. There's nothing to stop them.

Bobijo, the people who call you don't read this website, so they won't see your request to stop calling them, especially since they wouldn't know who you are even if they did read it.

Had already talked to these people 2 months ago and told them to stop calling.  They did.  Now they are calling again... several times a day.

these people keep calling me on my cell phone...there should be a law against sales people calling cell phones and using up my air time....WARNING....DON'T get information from Premier Step in tubs...you will never stop hearing from them....SIGNS of DESPERATION...

I got calls from this number at least 2-3 times daily starting two weeks ago, even on Sat and Sun. I never answered the calls as it looks suspicious and no voice messages ever left.
So I started to wonder who the hell was calling me until I saw this forum: Premier Bath. I filled out a form to get a brochure of a walk-in tub for my dad.
If this is how they do business, I think it is awfully stupid for them to harass me like this.

I never ordered a Walk-In Bath-Tub. I don't know why a woman called from this number to say, " Walk-in Bath-Tub is ready for you", calling me with my full name as if she knew me.  Never answer the phone.  Don't know who she was.

I asked that they send me a broucher.
Said they had to send out a representative.
I said , forget it and to not to call anymore.

This is from Premier Step In Bathtubs.  I found them online and filled out a form to get a free brochure on their bathtubs but they have never sent the brochure.  Instead, they started incessantly calling me 2-3 times a day for the past two weeks since I filled out that form.  They never leave a message so at first I didn't know who was calling but didn't want to answer as I didn't recognize the phone #.  These people are AWFUL!!  I would now never NEVER buy from them.  If I want to talk with them I will call them.  I can't believe how incredibly stupid they are.  They just lost a potential customer.  Please stop them from doing this to other people!!  Thanks.
