From Burbank, Calif. This call probably was automated reminder. I was on another call; didn't answer. A minute later got call from 818-562-8831 to voice mail: my "AAA car insurance is past due". Actually I made a double payment last month, 1/2 to go for this month, but they now (even after I went to thr offic) refuse to split. Will repeat this under 818-562-8831. 800NOTES is most helpful, even if name is obslt.

This is AAA. Some idiot who keeps saying "I'm sorry" insincerely when they call to tell you you're getting billed hundreds of dollars more than quoted for THEIR mistakes and poor communication. (Then you'll get another unwanted call to answer a survey, which does nothing to fix the problem.)
