This is a place of business.  Hess Small Business Services should not be calling to solicit their services to  our employees, clients or vendors.

I will say don't trust them...

I got a voicemail on my mobile phone (which is my business phone) from John at Hess Small Business Services asking me to call back.
Number he left was 877-423-0172 X-21923
He did not say what the subject of the call was.
When I called back the number and I put in the extension, the call gets disconnected.
I tried a few times and same thing happened.
Then I called again and let them pickup. I asked for John.
The guy said "John....ehh" and sounded as if there was no John. But, then John came on the phone.
He was very pursuasive.
But, when you look up the number for Hess Small Business Services it is (888) 494-4377.
I asked him why is it different and he did not have a good reason and diverted the subject.
Also, when I asked him whether you are related to Hess Corporation....he did not sound convincing.

So, I would not trust these guys.
Also, they called my mobile phone which is listed on Donotcall.gov.

I got a message from these people saying I needed to call them back right away today. Sounding like a bill collector or something. Almost a threatening tone of voice. Since I pay all of my bills on time I was suspicious, looked up the number and found other posts regarding them. I think this is a really sleazy way to try to drum up business.

Hess Small Business Services....  They keep calling to get us to switch to their electricity supplier.  Very annoying!  I answer the phones at our small rural church and they keep calling and asking for one specific member, whose name they must have gotten from somewhere a long time ago.

They sell energy services.

Got a voice mail from Adrian, needing to speak to someone as soon as possible about our gas and electric accounts.  Since we have separate utilities for gas and electric, I don't trust this call and won't be calling him back.  I'm not interested in switching anything.  The number that came up on my phone was a 315 area code, which is Syracuse NY.

Their name is "Hess Small Business Services". I missed the first call, and was wondering if I should call them back. I got another call and it turned out they were an energy supplier for National Grid, for business accounts.  So they basically want you to switch your electricity supplier to them. The guy I talked to sounded legit, but I have no idea.
