Received a call from these people today. Same 866-579-5433. Same story as everyone else. Lady was calm until I started asking questions! My only concern was that she connected me and a family member that do not have the same name.

Getting the calls now but the number is 8665795433. I'm not even the person they're trying to reach. One of them told me to put a gun to my head. Called a lawyer, see what I can do...

I have received several phone calls from a company called Green Daily and Associates, 866-579-5433.
I am now receiving calls from a Mr. Jeffers who supposedly has a warrant.  I have notified the media about them so they may warn people.  I am also notifying police and State Attorney of the violations.  

It appears they are trying to collect on a Pay Day Loan from 2005, nearly 5 years out side any statue of limitations.  They claim I bounced a check.  Again, the statue of limitations and proper notices under Florida State Laws and Regulations have not been followed.  

Beware of these people.  They will stop at nothing, don't think twice about calling your place of employment and seem to get away with breaking the law.  I am also going to notify the FTC of this activity.

Harassing phone calls looking for money

I received a call from 866-579-5433 Green, Daly, and Associates same scam I requested information on the supposed debt and they wouldn't provide case number only in amount of $365.00. Requested I pay over phone with checking account. When I asked more questions she hung up. I called back asked for a manager got a Julie she was rude I once again asked for information put me on hold over 4 times, but never provided info when I asked for their address and fax she said NO, and hung up.
Spoke with lawyer advised not to send them anything and yo report them to the police and courts. Can't of with no address.

I was told that they were coming to my work in the morning to arrest me.  Are they going to show up and embarrass me in front of all my employees and co-workers?

They called my son-in-laaw indicating that he owed some $ 2,000 and would go to jail if not paid. So he called me. I paud it but later found out this company is no good and called my bank

The left a message telling me there was Check Fraud and they they would be sending someone to my job to serve me with papers  Green and Daily they called from this number 866-579-5433.  They also said they would be waiting for me. The officer would be to my job today.

I just got a message today for my sister-in-law saying they were serving papers to either her residence or place of employment.  So pretty much the same scam as you guys.  I didn't speak to anyone, but I did call and tell them they better not harrass my cell phone again because it did not belong to my SIL.  

With that being said, what worries me is the night before this call my SIL was applying for relative caregiver benefits for her daughter who I will be adopting soon but right now am just fostering.  She was doing that for me because I am busy, and she is familiar with government forms.  At any rate, I do not find it a coincidence that a call came in the very next morning, asking for HER on my cell phone number (which she used on the application).  

Seems to me that these forms are  not quite as secure as we are told they are.  Pretty scary...I sure hope something is done about these kinds of scum!  They are lucky I didn't answer...they would have gotten an ear full for sure!  F****rs!  

Received a call from Green, Daley and Associates for a warrant for my arrest for check fraud, stating they were looking at my mug shots..Stated I was going to jail for check fraud...Contacted AG, Consumer Protection Bureau and filed a complaint against them.  

I agree I would love to get some of that money they scammed from people.

Another kitchen-table debt scamming group.   Probably no more than three or four people working out of someone's apartment.  

I keep receiving calls from a blocked number every day the caller will leave a message asking me to call back 1-866-579-5433 I'm going to be serve papers at my job or residence I call the number back and the name of the place is Green ,Daley Federal Specialist so I immediate look them up and saw all type of complaint against them.

Me too! What a bunch of morons they told me about a payday loan that never existed and the were sending the local Sheriffs department to pick me up!! I think we should all get together and file a class action law suit for fraud and harassment .

Hi all. I got a call this week from an automated voice, saying that "We will need t. serve you either at home or at work". So I call the # back and a woman answered that sounded llke she had smoked way to many ciggarettes and spoke with the tongue of a used car salesman. She said to me we represent Green,Daily and associates I said ok what is this about so she goes on about writting fraudulent checks that add up to a total of $1100.00.and that this is a felony and a warrant will be issued for my arrest if I dont pay today in full today. Since I knew that I did have some outstanding debt. I said I can only pay half , instantly she said let me put you on hold so I can email the attorneys and DA. She comes back and says they said ok. She tells.me go to Walmart do a money gram so that will you posting part of your bail REALLY I said what is my case# and where is this office located before u get any of my $. Instsnly she got an attitude and said Im stamping your paper work as rejected and is your adddress the same, she said you will be served tommorrow and you will have to go to court and post bail then this crazy a** bi*** says I'm not helping u any more. Offer a settlement and tell them you can only send a money order and need an address. Don't accept a PO Box. They are extremely unprofessional but change their tune when you offer a settlement. This is just to get an address. Don't send any money, obviously.

Received a phone call from an unknown number and got  a voicemail asking me to call 866-579-5433 as they need to serve me with some papers. Called multiple times, and all I got was a message saying to leave my name/number and they would return my call. When I finally talked to someone they said I owed $1300 from a payday loan I never paid off and that if I didn't settle with them right then they would serve me with papers and I  would go to jail. I asked them to fax or email me information on this loan and the lady (very rude) said that they couldn't do that, I either had to settle or go to jail. I told her I'd take my chances with jail and she said that I would be getting served and they would take everything I have. From all I've heard, even if I had defaulted on a payday loan, it's not a crime punishable by jail time, at least not in my state.

how did you find their address? I am dealing with atty general to get money back that my gf paid them any info helps

Afinity process is the fake company who actually takes out the payments for green daily and associates. Call atty general and federal trade comission to report them. They are def a scam. They refunded my payment after annoying them for a week straight.  They say they will issue a warrant if you get payment refunded which is false also according to PA atty generals office.

Left multiple automated messages regarding a subpoena. Called this number that was in the message. Very unprofessional staff says it's a courtesy call and that if I don't pay some money, criminal charges would be filed. The more I asked questions, the more heated the staff became and the worse the threats. Eventually, the person would call me a deadbeat or somesuch and hang up. I'd call back with more questions and the staff would become progressively unprofessional, claiming that I will soon be arrested and have to pay $4000 in bail.

These people are morons. I encourage you to keep calling them back and messing with them by asking questions.

I got the call today saying I owe money from 2008 and that I was going to get served if I didn't pay. they a;so had my info I think this is a scam because I dont owe anyone money and if I do i think they would of collected sooner then 6 years later.I am just cocern they have my info including my social.

You cannot be arrested or go to jail. Debt is a civil matter and not a criminal one.

I had loans about 6 years ago and I was laid off work and they wouldn't work with me to pay off the loan. At the time I was fighting a case with unemployment which left me with no funds. Now I recently started getting calls from green daly and associates saying they need to serve me with papers and I have other so called federate specialists are calling me with threats. I paid one via money gram as I was sacred to be arrested as they claimed. But now I have more numbers calling me and I call back but I get placed on hold n then get sent to voicemail. And another so called federate specialist said I would be arrested so I set up a payment arrangement but I asked to be sent the info via mail and even email and she said she would put a request in but I never received anything. I cancelled the payment arrangement on my card and they keep harassing me. I did default on payday loans yrs ago but how do I know I am paying the company and not a scam. If it's 6 years ago and I defaulted will I go to jail? They won't give me information only want me to pay. I am scared to be arrested.
