That doesn't work. Plus, the person on the number told me it would take 30 days to remove me from their list. I'll see what my lawyer has to say about that.
I also have canceled my comcast service. I get calls at least twice per day from this number. FYI -- when you cancel comcast and turn in your equipment (modem, etc), make sure you keep your receipt. Comcast will try to claim you didn't turn it in. They will call every day trying to con hundreds of dollars out of you. Basically, comcast refuses to let you go as a customer if you cancel your service. They will do everything to make your life a living hell.
This number calls and when I try to answer no one answers and it then disconnects.
I called them back and there was a message that this is about "promotional" offers from Comcast.

I've been getting calls daily so finally answered today. It was Comcast offering me a deal on cable/internet for 6 months. It's better than what I was paying and I get more channels so as of now I'm glad I answered! We'll see if I was scammed on anything though. ;-)
call the number that keeps calling stay on the line and ask the rep to take your number off the list. It takes a couple days...

I did get 2 calls to my cell phone from this number last night. No one said anything and I didn't hear anything so I hung up. I did just leave comcast as well, so I guess that is what it is.
Just got my 2nd call hang up from this number...I too cancelled service with Comcast...but it still works??go figure! I am not complaining...just not interested in their service or survey or hang up calls or even a free service!

Cancelled Comcast last Saturday, now this idiotic company (actually some telemarketing "survey" subcontractor) is calling and leaving 15-second "open-mike" voicemail - like some pocket-dialer or something. If Comcast EVER wants me as a customer again, it would be a good idea NOT to PO me further...
They keep calling me and not leaving a message. It is always at a different time too!

I bought a pay-as-you-go cell phone. I pay by the minute. This number calls several times each day. I don't want to answer and let them know there is a 'live person' here.
I've never given this number to anybody, as phone for emergencies only. I don't even know it myself. So they cannot know who/where they are calling

They were talking about recently disconnected comcast service and trying to explain the deals..
This is comcast-I disconnected service and the result is they call 5 times a day from an automated system.
They've called me about 2-3 times per day for the past 3 weeks. I normally do not answer phone numbers that I don't recognize. The two times that I have answered it, they immediately hung up - no recorded message, no survey, etc. I too recently canceled my Comcast service, so they are probably the culprits. If they don't stop soon, I'm changing my number.

Pretty ridiculous robot dialing. I've received a call every day up to 4 times a day since canceling my Comcast Internet service. I thought it was political campaign calls at first. Figures something so annoying would be either a cable or phone company.

Calls from 877-427-1280 are from Comcast's Customer Survey service. I cancelled my service with them recently and they have been calling to give me a survey. They keep calling back unless you answer and select 'no'.
