Please STOP calling me. It's very annoying.

This number is definitely a telemarketer, likely Comcast (or a company posing as Comcast or hired by Comcast).  

I did answer the call and spoke with the representative:  After a long pause after I answered the phone a woman stated she was "from Comcast."  The initial pause suggests an automated call.  She stated that "Comcast is calling their customers to save their customers' money, all while upgrading their customers' current services."  Essentially, a standard sales pitch.  From what I gathered after a few minutes, the "deal" requires signing a contract.  For me, I was offered "Premier HD TV" and 12meg. internet for 119.00, for 2 years, with an increase after the first year, blah blah blah.....  

The caller did seem to be a legitimate Comcast representative.  At the very least, it's a company that has your Comcast account info (actually Comcast, fraudulently, for hire, etc,....).  Notably, the telemarketer did have my current Xfinity (Comcast) account information - she was able to tell me my current Xfinity services, my monthly amount billed, my account history, and so forth.

Called the number back, it was a Comcast solicitation

I got a call from this number, did not answer. They didn't leave a message.

This number called me but I didn't answer because I didn't recognize it. They didn't leave voicemail.

I got a missed call and a silent, 2 second voicemail.

Same thing for me...received a call today and no message left.
