Some kind of counseling. Person was foreign so I asked them to take me off of their list.

they are calling me 2-4 times every day and don't leave a message. I don't pick up for numbers I don't recognize, if it's important they can leave a message, if they don't it's usually crap.

They get your number from grant applications and college information requests.  Call them back and press one to be added to the do not call list.

I think I am getting the picture. I go into apply for job and this thing with college comes up. I do not complete the process when college is mentioned or I check no.

Got a message but it is just a series of clicks.

I called back and it is for some education thing.  Press 1 enter your phone number and they will take you off the calling list.  It is all automated.

I have blocked this number from being recieved on my cell phone, but they call up to 4 times a day. Don't know or care who they are, just want them to stop!!!

Keeps calling

Likely spam call. They said they were calling to help me "further my education" and hung up on me when I questioned why they were calling me. I am in the middle of PhD program and told her I didn't need help furthering my education.
