Received call from this number, they stated a lot of legal facts that were in error, said by receiving this message, I had been served at both my work and home address.  Did not name a company.

Oh they also said I did fraud and can look at jail time.  The lady who left the message for me to call back was Melissa Right or Wright.  She was very nasty when she left the message and whomever called hr at my work was very nasty to her also.  Very business like to be rude that gets you nowhere.  Also the man I talked to to try and resolve my issue was rude as well.  I do not remember his name.

Someone from Lincoln park asset agency called saying i owed money to check and go.  I am NOT saying I do not owe this debt I do.  However check and go closed and I had no idea where to even send the money I owed.  Now this Lincoln park is calling me at home and calling my work!  I told the man all i could afford was 100 a month right now and he said that was unaceptable and I either had to send a substancial amount.  A few days later hr from my work told me that someone called her and said they wanted to know if she would accept papers for me on my behalf.  She told them she didn't know if I worked there and the lady said "I didn't ask you that we know she works there we are HAVING HER WATCHED!!!!" Hr told her not to call back and not to step foot on the property.  Basically I think it is against the law to have me watched and followed and I think it is harassment and plan to file a claim against them!  I never said I was not going to pay just that I could not pay what they want at this time.

When I answer, they hang up.
