Yeah, so these folks have called my phone somewhere in the vicinity of 40 times in about 2 weeks.  It occurred after I asked for some quotes on insurance from a Consumer Reports recommended group.  Not going to do that again.  

Message left - unintelligible foreign speaker offering insurance(?) quote.

Have received lots of calls from this number in the last few days. I see from the other postings it could be an insurance company as I did fill out aps online for quotes. But they NEVER say anything!! How rude!

Legit insurance broker - responding to request for information from internet web form I filled out.

This is a telemarketer pushing insurance.
