i wish they would stop calling my phone.

Just got a call. No one on the other end.  I could have sworn I heard someone sitting there on the phone, but it may have been line noise

also just got a call from this number, also just paid off a past due Verizon bill a few days ago ... who harasses people who have already paid? strange.

I have received several calls from this number. The first was a "reminder" that my Verizon bill was due. The second threatened to cut off my Internet (and didn't mention any of the other services that my Verizon bill also pays for). The third was silent.

My Verizon bill is paid in full, and has been for weeks. It was never overdue at any time. I checked my Verizon bill and the phone number listed was not this one. I called the number on the Verizon bill and checked my account; their information matches mine. Therefore, I do NOT think that this number is Verizon, at all.

this is verizon's actual number.  It was given to me when i called in to pay on my bill and have my service restored.

They called, I answered, nobody responded. I also just payed a past due verizon bill a few days ago. I have to admit it doesnt make me too confident in Verizon's security if you pay a bill and get a strange phone call 2 days later from an anonymous number

Just got a call from them.  Voicemail left, but only 2 seconds long and no sound on it.  I just paid a past-due verizon bill a few days ago, wonder if this is related.

I keep getting calls from that number too. I answer them and no sound or anything. I never tried calling it back, because I always caught the call. Wish they'd stop calling me though...

recieved a call from 1-877-431-7023 ,didn't catch the call , no message left , returnned the call,answered thank you for calling Verizon ,what is your account number, did not give it as I don't owe them any mony ,this is definitely a  B.S. call

Received a letter in the mail saying my account was past due.
