I asked where the hotel thingy was at that he wanted me to check out.. The dude stated "its not hotels, its more like mock-ups offices of what the hotel would look like... So i played along and pretended to sound interested and said sure, why not... He then asked, what city are you calling from... I said HAWAII!!! Honolulu HAWAII... After saying that i was a qualified member for the past 10 minutes he says "Your already in Hawaii, um im sorry but your not eligiable..." lol oh wells, i guess thats one way to get them off your back cause they took my number off their system... hahaha

Hyatt Regency Bridal Show notification Department VM left on my phone. I did sign up for some prizes but you know they just get your info to try to sell you stuff. Gave me different number to call back. Meh. DELETE.

Just received a call, didn't leave a message, so I called back, blocked of course. Pacific Monarch Company, told me to call between 8 and 5, and ask for David. Then an asian sounding man said he was David.

Who's number is this and why are they calling.

Several calls to my cell phone between 8 and 9 am and pm weekdays and weekends. They never leave a message. when I returned a call I was put on hold by Pacific Monarchs computer I hung up but within hour or two the attempted to call back. This happens 3-4 times a week. By the info on othern complaints I have sermised that this traces back 3-4 years to me submitting card for a drawing fo automobile at a BMK meet in Huntington Beach Ca. From which I recieved various time share offers from a company in Ervine and San Diego, Ca. I recieved a gift for Vegas Trip which I declined. A big waist of time and energy to a questionable socalled investment/timeshare.

I recieved a call stating that i won my choose of 100,000.00 or Hummer SUV i did not reconize the number so i called then hung up the phone five second later someone called back from a 714 area code.

Ok..they said that I had filled out a drawing at the Metreon in San Francisco for "free gas for a year"..They called to say that I had 30 days to claim my prize. I had to go to san fran to the show room and draw out a card from the plexiglass box. Supposedly I have a 50% chance of winning the gas and the other 50% is money, three nights in mexico, car etc...Haven't looked into it except for this site so far...Did call back late at night and go Pacific Monarch...

I just a call from that number, called back cuz they left no message so i figure it wasnt that important but curious I heard the Pacific Monarch name and then googled the number...so im not the only one..lol

A year or more after calling me they called me again. Time to do some research on these guys- now its my turn......

I received a call from 1 877 432- 6647 with no message when i called back they told me that they were Pacific Monarch and that i was in a drawing for a new car or 100,000.00 dollar give away..............I then hung up wondering what that call was going to cost Me $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$.

I received a call from 1.877.432.6647 the person or persons blew a whistle into the phone and I heard several women laughing.  The next time this happens I will turn this number over to the police department. I traced to the number to Pacific Monarch Company.

I had a missed call from 877-432-6647, I called it back heard a bad recording saying "Thank you for calling Pacific Monarch," I did not recognize the name so I hung up.  I immediately received another call from 951-905-5380 saying I had filled out a form and I had won a new car.  The next thing out of her mouth was "What is your name," and I replied you don't know my name but your going to give me a new car?  Then I hung up.

i just got a call from them today, and a lady gave me a message. Was surprised that she knew my name, and she said i won either any choice of a car or $100k and left me another number 1-866-4483427. I just woke up, thought i was dreaming, so i googled it! Heh, im not calling em back.

I JUST GOT A CALL FROM THIS # AND THE STUPID A** F***ER AKA CALL CENTER REP WAS ASKING FOR MY DAD.  HE FIRST COULDNT PRONOUNCE HIS NAME OF COURSE - HENSE - THE STUPID A** F***ER AKA CALL CENTER REP.

Calling from PMR gift center. Called to say I had filled out a card to win a car or $100,000.00 at Arrowhead Mall (which I think I did) and said the date I filled it out (12/23/08) and that my card was drawn to win a "cash card" giveaway as a finalist and to call back asap toll free and ask for a person named Robert Welks (sp?) at 1-866-448-3427. ext. 247 and ask for me if I am not available ask for my secretary. Congratulations.  It's a time share scam.  They must use the entries to solicit time shares.  It appears that they caught some flack for false advertising as now they say instead of winning the car or the cash, that you are a "finalist" in a cash card giveaway.  They called my cell.

these people wont stop calling me. it was a different number at first, now its this one. they keep saying i won something when i filled a form out at the mall (which i dont recall). I got left 3 messages this week by them asking me to call them back. Its a timeshare scam.

Crazy scammer keep changing their number 951-905-5380 to 866-448-3427 and now this to scam me.  Yes, scammer you sound real convincing but my name is not J***** even if you pronounce it wrong on my voic message that you try repeating that name again.  Scammer, you do have a pretty voice maybe you should change your Pacific Monarch company to Call Girls or Live Girls Chat instead.  You must be real desperate for money and lonely for a man because you keep calling me 6 times this week. It just too bad I don't have the time for you woman.

lol... I worked for this f***ing company. Its a scam. They rip off there employees as bad as they rip off the people that call. For all of you people on this site... I am sorry for calling you if I did. The least I can do is tell you how it all works if you work there.

In orientation, they MAKE you sign a bunch of papers without reading them.... Literally. They will not allow you to read what you are signing. Then they tell you the pay rate. Its $8 an hour plus commission. If you book people on certain days, you get paid extra. Some days are worth more than others. WHat they don't tell the employees is that you have to get 4 people to show up to these time share presentation. They lied to me and told me that ALL the names are collected by the raffle drawings done at malls and movie theaters... LIE!!! some of these names are bought from other telemarketing companies (I think thats illegal). It gets worse...

They LIE to the new employees about the sales pitch. They don't tell the employee that you have to pay the taxes of all the gifts you receive. The gifts are not cheep if you heard the sales pitch. They also don't tell the employee that the travel gifts only work on certain days and times. They don't tell the employees that the cruise ship is not docked near the winner. Of corse you will have to pay the flight expenses to get to the cruise ship. They lie to the employee and tell them that the entry form is one of the few that is selected. BULL S**T. I am forced to call like 500-600 of you people a day. That does not include the 15-20 other employees working night shift with me (there is a day shift too, and there are other gift center branches, so you are not one of the few).

Also... some times they hold people longer than 90 minutes.

The secret gift claim number... not a secret. You know the secret phone number you call to get the secret code for the second gift. We are required to give that to everyone. So don't feel special. Of corse the travel packages have time and date restrictions.

There are 3 sales levels at the job. You have the trainee who must book at least 1 person by the end of the week or else he gets fired.

The novice salesman must get one of there victims to show up to a time share presentation every week or else he/she will get fired.

The 3rd level is a "TOP GUN". They have the same rules as the novice level but they are less likely to get fired and i will tell you why later.

When you are a trainee or novice level they will give you entry forms that are 8 months or more old. Therefore meaning after a wile you will get less experienced callers. It takes them about year to stop calling you. Anyways, the novice sellers must get at least one person who has said "NO" for a year straight to show up to a time share presentation every week or else they will be fired (makes no logical since).

If that employee gets 10 reservations (not showings) 3 weeks straight, they will be given entry forms that are less than a month old. So how do you book 10 people for 3 week straight with people who have said no for about a year straight? Most of the numbers are disconnected.

If you some how book 10 people 3 weeks straight you become a top hun and get the new leads. Those people are easy to book because they are ignorant and naive of the SCAM. Top guns book about 20 people a week. The only way you can be successful in this environment is to steel from fellow employees employees... or corse... the boss does NOT care about the theft of leads.

Or the boss just have to like  you to give you the new leads.

Do not bother telling the salesmen to put you on the "do not call list". They dont have that power to do so. Besides, he/she is not the only employer who has your name as one of there leads.

Also, pacific monarch gives away "GIFTS" wed-sunday in 5 different locations WEEKLY, so dont take it as an annual special drawing.

They may use phrases such as "LIVE DRAWING" to make you think its going to be in front of a live audience or a show... LIE

They may us phrases like "YOU ARE ONE OF THE FEW THAT HAVE BEEN SELECTED", if you have been reading my post, you will no that is full of s**t.

They may use phrases like "WON, CONGRATULATIONS, WIN, WINNER", you didn't when anything.

If they want to fire you, they give you the worse possible leads from OVER a year ago from people who did NOT fill out and entry form for a week. Then they will fire you for not "Performing well".

You guys hated when pacific monarch employees call you... I f***ing despised calling you all. In fact I was pissed off at the fact that you people even filled those entry forms out for me to call you. I hate the telemarketing business and those who own them, and i at times wanted the person i called to just drop dead. Like i said you hate being called? Imagine being the caller. Imagine working for a company that controls there employees by lying to them.


There are many other sleezy under handed things this business does. Screw pacific monarch. And the sad thing is, the employee is more clueless than the person who answers the phone. There the ones who are the most naive. As soon as the employee "like my self" realize that ignorance is not bliss, and you do not approve of the methods and speak up..lol.. they'll get fired.

There are 2 types of employees there, those who are comfortable f***ing people over, and those who are not. When i found out about these lies, I immediately begin searching for a new job.

It sucks, that in this economy this is the only job that seem to be available. I needed work, i figured "How bad could it be?" I rather be a janitor.

so what happened?  i've booked myself to go tomorrow.  i figured i'd have to pay taxes on any gift - that's a no-brainer, but i still like the idea of receiving a gift.  even paying $70 for 2 airline tix is way cheaper than buying them full-price.

Funny to read, but I WORKED THERE'S comments about the company was straight on the money. I still work here at the Riverside office and I can tell you it does suck. I am constantly looking for a better job because I hate telemarketing, but I must  say this is the worst telemarketing company I have ever worked for. All we do is lie lie lie to folks all day. Now the only true thing I can say about the company is that you will receive one of the 5 prizes. You see by state law they have to make sure everyone receives a letter of gurantee that they will receive one of the prizes or they can be sued. Now they have us telling folks that they can choose the prize they get, except for the cash or car LOL, but this is also a lie. No one gets to choose now, they still have to spin the wheel. Any way I found this page just out of curiosity on what people are saying about us. Everything I have read is true. I will say this though to the people who fill these entry forms out. All the information on them that is on there, you guys have filled out. You put your name, addresses, emails, marital status, income. If you don't believe me that's fine, but next time you come across one of our contest at a mall, movie, or etc. just look at the blank form and the info they ask. What you people don't do is read the back of the form which clearly tells you who we are and that we are a timeshare company.

Joshua just called and left me a message.  Didn't even say he was from Pacific Monarch, but he said I filled something out at the spectrum.  Pretty much a scam after reading all this.
