I recieved a call earlier this morning from someone who stated there name was Jan Warner and said she was calling from the county processicg and summons division, on the voicemail she left on my phone she said she was coming to my job to serve me a court summons for check fraud, WTF....I have no clue who this company is "Providence Litigation" but I did research them on the internet and I know that they are a scam and they call threatening ppl w/ jail and court over pay day loans! I live in TX and have contacted the AG as well as an attorney about the mattter, they have many complaints filed against them and people are looking to shut them down! BE CAREFUL....contact an attorney immediately if you are contacted by them and if they leave a voicemail on your phone or a relatives phone make sure you save it that is what my attorney has advised me to do if I recieve any further contact from there
